Nursing autonomy for NP, CRNA is constantly growing. nurses are expanding in all sectors it seems. the Nurse today can do many things physicians did in the old days. the future of healthcare is constantly evolving, and nursing is adapting. sadly low salaries for nursing professors keep nurses elsewhere outside of academia which is why theres a shortage.
get into a community college with an associate's degree RN program. You don't have to have a bachelor's degree to take the NCLEX. If you are a man, see if there are any scholarships available to you. I know social work programs have scholarships for men.
I love your channel you give very good information regarding nursing but I absolutely agree with you nurses should have a different options besides the hospital I myself love home health / private duty.

I think that in med-surg or any hospital ward has to make it more attractive, for example better pay, better schedules, nurse to patient ratio etc
Heavy on the nurse to patient ratio. I hear such horror stories about that. It’s what makes me scared to become a nurse.
