"A Ball is Thrown Into the Air" Type - Question from a Quadratics lesson in Math

There are so many variations of a ball being thrown in the air. In this case the answer was so unrealistic (the human arm can only throw so hard!) that we had to change it to a cannonball instead of a ball! There are a number of ways to do these kinds of questions. I use the quadratic formula and also my "quick method" here.
