+Andy's Fishing been thinking of slow jig in the UK.. tidal flow means heavier jigs too about 200-250g before it gets too much (I've pirked with 400g). What style of rod would are you going to use for the 150-200g range?
Wrong explanation on the hooks. They placed hooks on both the front and rear so as to balance the jig during a slow fall. If you only add hooks on the top, the top will be heavy and the jig will swim differently during the fall.
Watching this has got me in the mood to make another slow jigging video, but for much bigger fish.
Maybe even 50-100 pound GT!

Yes, I think 200g will be the biggest I will ever make. Too much hard work when jigging.
