I am searching to understand how can I send the intentions of making friends. I feel lonely but somehow, ss much as I wish, I can't seem to be succesful at creating genuinely friendly relationships. Do you have any specific meditations to guide me? Much appreciate your channel

It’s strange that we created technology to bridge the gap between worlds, people, and cultures, yet this very creation is the thing that is driving us furthest apart. With that being said…hello.
