It's not the fact that it's a tiny alligator. It's that there could've been larger alligators lurking in those waters but he still barged into them like a true alpha.
They were there, but they where scared away after the water was roughly displaced by the entrance of the dude's humungous balls.

I myself have pulled a cat out of the mouth of a 80kg dog and I nearly lost my fingers, so I can only imagine what it's like to pull it from an alligator even if it's a small one.

the alligator was pretty small so it wouldn't cause that much harm. A fully grown one could be a different story though.

We've had a few incidents the last few years where it was a larger one that grabbed a dog and the human went on the offensive. Didn't end well.
Apparently, Gunner rescued the couple when the got him and now the man rescued Gunner to save his life💖💖💖 Our furbabies are so unconditional and priceless. Many blessings to the couple and little Gunner💐

Yeah. It's harder with the audio in the video. The puppy is screaming, and I'm glad they cut it out because it made me sick hearing it the first time, even knowing Gunner was OK. But I'm glad it all worked out. Nice, wholesome ending to what could've easily ended in tragedy.

I guess they shit on the floor, but they're also pretty loving, so it balances out. Eventually, they grow up, and if trained right, dogs are pretty much universally angels.
