Tchaikovsky Sinfonia n 6 Conductor Zubin Metha violin Domenico Pierini

D Major Art Director Domenico Pierini was born in Livorno and he is a violinist and conductor. In 1988 he was invited by the “Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino” under Zubin Mehta that in the following year chose him as first violinist. Domenico was the founder of “Cameristi del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino”, complex of arcs of which he is the musical director. He was professor of violin at the Academy of High Specialization of the Maggio Fiorentino and he has regularly taught courses and master classes of professional training at the conservatories of Livorno, La Spezia, Rovigo.
