Well, I am sure feeling something after Just Dance 2023 Edition has been announced. For starters, the UI FINALLY got updated, as the menu gives me Disney+ vibes, and the feedback along with the Star Bar got the change it needed (and the Gold Move sound effect is noice.) The soundtrack is already at a great start, though with most games having around 40 songs, merely a quarter of that amount was revealed, and the game releasing in late November rather than earlier in the month, it won't be so long before the rest of the songs are shown. And currently, the game seems to be a Switch exclusive, digital only, and priced at $60, just like the majority of Switch exclusive titles. There is potential for Just Dance 2023 Edition to surpass 2022, though I wonder how the PlayStation and Xbox dancers feel about all this. I knew to be worried about motion capture coming to an end, but didn't think the series would go back to being Nintendo only. I'll see about this one, as I might get it; just not sure when.
Ubisoft really needs to bring back the clapping at the end of every song just like they did for Just Dance 1, 2, and 3. I also want back these following things as well: 1. The floating score speakers on the sides of the screen from just dance 2 and 3 instead of the name tags on the top of the screen in the latest just dance games 2. Solo medleys 3. Duet medleys 4. Dance crew medleys 5. Dance mashups 6. The possibility of catching on fire when scoring a bunch of “good” and “perfect” like they did for just dance 2 and 3
yeah we should have a concept of "Just Dance Classic Mode" where the scoreballs, the On Fire feature, and the ending claps return. Come on Ubisoft, bring back memories
I feel like the speakers limits the coaches movements so I’m not surprised they removed them. Everything else I agree with though. Medleys would be great to have back! Same with mashups (also the versus were fun in my opinion)

So they can’t really move around all that much and have to stay in one place. If you look at the more recent just dance songs the coaches are moving from one side of the screen to the other because there’s nothing stopping them from doing it.
Gotta admit, I'm not a fan of the more frequent camera movement in recent games. Sure it looks pretty, but it makes it harder for me to concentrate on and actually dance to
Bro I wish that just does like smash ultimate. They take every single song made from just dance series and put it in one game as it's final game with of course new songs added . That be the coolest thing.

Start from 2022 its way more high production value with dynamic camera and way more fun moves. Also with the dancer expression in full display its way more fun to experience.
