Hi there, this video has been very Informative. Since the exam is online, Just wanted to know as the dialogs will be played as audio, if the segments or statements are long, can we ask the invigilator to pause so that we can interpret and then continue ?
I recently came to know about this online version, is this still available in jan next year..i read somewhere that is only till dec 2020. Also on which dates does the exams occur generally, i see that the testing window is only 1st of every month. Please advise.
Hi . Thanks for nice overview . What’s the eligibility to apply for CCL. Could you please confirm whether we need to have English language proficiency score to apply for CCL .
Hi, I am planning to take the test on a mobile phone (as the camera of my laptop is not working fine). Are you sure we can take the test on a mobile phone? because you have mentioned in the video that the invigilator would check my mobile if it has indeed been switched off.
Hii i am looking for mock test which give me proper indication if i am ready for test or not ? my langauge is hindi , do you provide such mock tests ? where can i get details
Hi Simran. I read from the comments that we can't wait for more than 5 seconds after the chime to begin our answer. But how slow can we talk while answering? Can we pause before the next sentence? Is there a limit to the answering time per dialogue? My exam is in 2 days but I haven't received any invite yet!
Hi Simran I need to contact you regarding the training but the email ID in the description box is not valid. Can you please provide a valid email ID? Many thanks
I have booked an exam in September but does not have an exact date yet, by when I should expect to receive a confirmation of the exam date? Will there be any options to choose an exam date or they just assign you a date and time without asking?
Apologies for the delay in response. We are hoping you would've recieved an email confirming your eligibility to sit the test and you may have also secured a date. Please let us know if you have any further questions. All the best! 😊
Hi Thanks for the update. I really appreciate it. I booked my test for the exam on 16th July but I got an email that your exam will be conducting online and they provided me the window but at that time I was not aware of that. please guide me through what should I have to do as I am in India at the moment and do they check for the location as I am going to book my test it shows me Canberra online. Are they going to check my location. please suggest that would be a great help. Thank you
Hi Bhoomesh, You can select a test session date and time(Australian time) when they contact you for booking a slot. At this stage NAATI is conducting tests online for those who had their exams in April. The exams are temporarily being conducted online so in this case location wouldn't matter. However, we would suggest contacting NAATI for your specific query regarding checking the location. If you need assistance with preparation, Please reach out to us via phone 0410 812 870 or email: contact@unpinstitute.com Kind regards,

Hi Simran and team, I was planning to appear for the test with LOTE as Bangla. Do you conduct any online tutorials for that as well please? There is not enough material available online on LOTE as Bangla, hence I dropped you an email on your contact mail id, but haven't heard from you yet. Thanks in advance anticipating your response.
Hi Abhishek, Thank you for your message. We unfortunately cannot assist with your request as we are currently only providing training in Hindi and Punjabi. We wish you all the best with your preparations.
You can use hotspot as long as the internet connection is pretty strong as you wouldn't want connection issues during the exam. You can also use your mobile for the exam, just download the Microsoft Teams app on phone.
Hi Simran, thanks for the info. Could you please let me know if I can give the exam from Singapore as well. I came to know that it’s only available for people in Australia . Request your response . Many thanks in advance !!
At this stage, yes. NAATI had announced that they will be conducting all the tests online until end of this year. So you won't need to travel to Australia and you can sit the test online.

My test is on next Tuesday, and I just realize they haven't given me a call or an email with the link...I am so nervous...did they just forget me?
Just give them a call or send them an email. Generally they send an invite about 7 days prior to the exam.
