Well, it's where peak performance kicks in...
really useful video!
Glad we could help! More will be on the way each week 👍
Setup works great. Cheers
Great to hear! Canada is a tricky track so something that you're comfortable with is crucial. Apologies for the late reply
@@leaguesportinternational thank you for your answer sir. I need to say that the standard setups are very bad. Was close to stop playing F1 23. With your stuff the driving feels way better and it makes fun again. So again, thank you very much.
So a couple of times both your wheels were over the lines and didn't get penalty, for me if I go over it like that or anywhere near that my lap time cancels, I play on ps5 so maybe it's different on PC I dunno
It is possible for this to be different across consoles, or maybe it has changed since this lap was completed due to a game update. There is a chance however, that even though it looks like the car is over the track limits line, it is just about within the limits as the margin for error to set a top time is tiny. If you are referring to the last chicane specifically, the first part of it can be cut hard because by the time your rear wheels start fully cutting the corner, your front wheels are back on track, meaning it counts and is legal
If I tap the wall like you did, the lap would be invalidaded for me, for both leaving the track and hitting the wall
hi, i noticed that the game suggest using sn high speed setup by default, so if i play with ur setup against other people with less downforce setup, am i in disadvantage?
Hey, not necessarily. Default setups are not great so I wouldn't really consider what it tells you there too much. Using a proper setup for a track means that you maximise your lap time so that you can probably break away from the other cars so much that their lower wings don't matter. However, that being said race setups can often use slightly lower wings to make overtaking easier, but in the F1 23 game, ERS and DRS combined can be so powerful that having normal wings can also work, and the higher wings allow you to gain time else where on the circuit. Overall, it really depends on what track you are racing on, and if you think you know what your opponents setup styles usually are, because then you can work around that to outperform them. In F1 24, this may be different but the game is new so it's too early to say what direction to go. I hope this helps!
@@leaguesportinternational thanks you mister. anyway I often play with my friends and they all use default setups so I should be good. have a great day!
What’s the brake bias and differential
It's possible to use 54% for the entire lap, but you could potentially use 53% for light braking zones and 55% for heavier braking zones if necessary. Do remember though, this video is from F1 23, so make sure you are on F1 23, although the tutorial would be very similar for F1 24 and can still be useful regardless of the game. I just wouldn't recommend using the setup if you are on F1 24
Is there one for Austria?
Unfortunately not yet, but the video will be on its way in a few weeks time, so stay tuned!
