So.. I just watched Priscilla… He. Did. A. Phenomenal. Job. I watched Elvis and loved Austin’s performance, and I didn’t think it could be topped to be honest. But after watching the film, I think, Jacob did a great job playing Elvis in his personal life, and I think Austin did a great job playing Elvis the performer. Which are two different versions of the man. The movie itself was meh. Totally have Halloween in Australia. I live in sydney and there’s a street next to me in Darlinghurst that has 1000s of kids trick or treating . One of the neighbours turns their house into a haunted house and lets all the kids go through it .

Saw 'Priscilla" yesterday. Sorry to say but disappointing. First, even if the star is Priscilla, I do not understand Jacob Elordi's casting in playing Elvis. It was a big distraction for me, from the start. He was not "a basketball size player" singer. What were they thinking about ? His angular face is so different from Elvis traits. His moves, were ok. But that was it. Cailee Spaney is convaincant and touching though. Eating bacon for days was not the best préparation. I did not feel preparation from Elordi nor respect for Elvis. I felt it in Cailee. Austin Butler has no competition here. Do not understand the reason why Priscilla Presley approuvés that project if not for financial reasons. Sad.
