Good one.... But missing the most important part "VENTILATION"
Sir why all of your houses have ventilation issue. There should be window atleast on two sides of wall in each space so that enough air/light enter house.. All your house is superbly done by luxury and look wise but the basic is missing..
imagine if someone farts in the house lol, everybody will suffocate
All his houses lack Parking space also for one small car inspite of spending 40-60L
It has been made as the taste of 80 years person , need to understand modern finishes
@@sushmaarora5955 The guy is not 80, what are you talking about? Also older guys actually have more taste and sense because remember back in 1960's and 70's the average size of bunglows in India were much bigger because of more space, now days the houses are so small because of lack of space

Many viewers might get fascinated the way you explained, however there are a lot of problem with the construction:
1 - Mandir is next to wash basin.
2 - Kitchen direction is wrong according to Vaastu.
3- Kitchen tiles should be flat so that it doesn't get dirty fast and easy to clean.
4- Best place for stairs is south west corner according to Vaastu. You placed it on north corner.

Upar wale washroom ka size apne 9 lambai mein bola sir zara se washbsin k area ko ek feet badha diya to ose aap total mein count q kr rhe hai alag se dikh rha hai 2×4 ki tile lagi hai mtlb 8 feet length

Thats the way any presentation should be made...detailed, calm, & no hip hop...
While other jokers just copy paste guys, friends, like, subscribe, etc with hard noisy music & non required camera flips...
Also its good to see that ultra wide angle camera is avoided as it distorts the idea of actual space..
Details are fine, but a few things are left to be desired..
Like despite of 1000 sq ft & single bedroom on ground floor, the parking area still looks like a average car of 14-16 long, 6ft wide ft can not be parked, if parked it would block the main gate, and also there woud be no space for car gate to open..
There's only one bathroom, on ground floor..
The overhead water tank could be of rcc and bigger size,
Kitchen is lacking refrigerator space, also i dont think anybody prefers washing machine space in kitchen..its better suited near bathroom...
But thats all my preference, and everybody have one's own preferences..
But i still admire your presentation style very much...actually thats the only sensible way i guess...thanks
