    Dr. Hanscom, thank you for these video discussions. I'm watching these are I wait for "Back in Control" from Amazon. I can attest that "Feeling Good" by Burns has greatly helped me recently. I plan on putting your concepts to work and being your next success story after 28 years of increasing back pain. Thanks again.

    When is surgery warranted? Docs says I have unstable spine; he wants to fuse L2-L5 and Laminectomy plus
    T11 and T12 Laminectomy. I am 71 years old and have LBP. I am reading your book and working with the DOC process. I await your response. Thank you
