It depends on how a woman presents herself emotionally, got talking to a woman online, she spoke in a way I had never encountered before, no facade, no ego, no presumption just sincerity. Got to know her emotionally over 6 months because of long distance. Found out her life was full of pain and things I couldn't even imagine. She chose to follow a different path, she turned to God for strength, happily married 7 years and honestly I have to stop myself every day and say don't take her kindness for granted. All the women at work were like how did you land a woman like that she is so kind and beautiful. I think men find it hard to be vulnerable but you have to in order to love deeply. I am one of those girls, even since I was in my mom's womb, problems have arisen. She once said that it was a miracle that I was born without any deficiencies. But I was hurt, over an incident that I don't even remember. The wound seemed to be stored in my subconscious, because the pain was familiar. Then I grew up with bullying. There are still good men and women. Y’all have to change your mindsets and words to attract them. See your comments…Just know they come with issues just like you and you have to both have self accountability, listen, communicate and work thru the issues, recognize outside interferences/people and cut them off if possible. Me and my hubby cut off most/all of our family/friends because they were jealous and interfering in our relationship. These same people need us more than we need them but they had us effed up. I am one of those girls, even since I was in my mom's womb, problems have arisen. She once said that it was a miracle that I was born without any deficiencies. But I was hurt, over an incident that I don't even remember. The wound seemed to be stored in my subconscious, because the pain was familiar. Then I grew up with bullying. Being rejected, shunned, insulted, ignored, harassed, physically hurt are normal things for me. All of that kept me closed, to protect me from the bad treatment out there. I have lived for 23 years, and I am proud to say that my process to get to this point was full of struggle. I'm still trying to heal myself. And deep in my heart, I want someone to spend my life with. I want to share love bravely, and be loved bravely. I know it takes time to make it happen. But I patiently waited for that man. I’m 47, educated, have a government career, attractive and I have lots of experience with men (not all sexual experiences so don’t try me). I should have lots of experience/wisdom at my age and I expect/prefer men my age to as well(with women)! So don’t try to shame me for my opportunities because I know how males do.
Lots of men don’t want a commitment and we see this with the many red pill men on social media who claim marriage is a sham and only benefits women. That’s false but that’s a whole nother subject. Or they think they’re supposed to rule over you even if they can’t afford to fully support you financially. Even if they are the sole breadwinner, they should not want to rule over their women.
Males are too worried about what other males, friends, family, coworkers etc think about their women/relationships instead of keeping people out their relationships so those people know their place! Tell everybody to mind their business and stay out your relationships. Do not discuss your relationship with anyone but your partner. You have to decide what’s best for y’all and your relationship.
There are still good men and women. Y’all have to change your mindsets and words to attract them. See your comments…Just know they come with issues just like you and you have to both have self accountability, listen, communicate and work thru the issues, recognize outside interferences/people and cut them off if possible.
Me and my hubby cut off most/all of our family/friends because they were jealous and interfering in our relationship. These same people need us more than we need them but they had us effed up.
It can get lonely because people always hating on other’s relationships even if they have someone. Make at least 1 weekday for y’all to have fun every week to keep each other going. Relationships are not for the weak. It takes work and maintenance.
