I know you probably get asked alot if you will let people take your timers. I watched a video on how you set up all your timers last tier but its not the easiest job for a newer player is there a chance or way to import your timers directly Thanks love your videos great ways to learn fights for me and many more
The only thing I don't understand is that at the end you say "if everyone survives at this point the boss is dead" but then you keep adding such "solo move" situations at the beginning where you don't move with the range camp. I would really recommend everyone to move with the range camp especially in P1. It simply brings more routine into your progress and prevents unnecessary mistakes that can occur when you bait as a mage in the meele Camp. For example at 4.39, you are standing pretty much in front of the blue mark and could have put the bomb and also the void there, if you now jump to 9.38 that is literally the position everyone is flying over due to the knockback. of course you can outplay that but it's just an unnecessary source of error that is built in because you want to get some more casts in in P1 & like you said completely unnecessary because the dmg is enough anyway if everyone survives in the end. Also the same with the bomb bait on the wrong side in P3, of course it doesn't make a big difference but it's just a potential source of error you build in. TLDR: just run with your range camp and lose a few casts imo.
Removing potential sources of error in order to guarantee a kill is all well and good, but "sacrificing a few casts here and there" is not how Rank 1 is obtained, either.
Yo! Thanks for the comment =) I agree with some of the stuff you mention in principle but there are a few things I think you are getting incorrect. 1) The 4.39 bomb for example. As you can see, the boss is moving anyway so that bomb b eing baited on me there doesnt annoy melee at all in p1. As for the hole that it spawns, you mention that that is the spot at 9:38, but the holes despawn after 3 mins, so the hole will despawn before we even reach that location in P2. We had a lot of issues with random puddles spawning in the ranged camp being annoying for people who were slow, so me baiting outside the group was actually helpful for them. This isn't just my take but confirmed by people in my raid saying theyre happy when its baited on me and in several pulls I wasn't even the only one baiting out. 2) The bomb in p3 I agree a little bit but there was a conscious call to try and bait bombs closer to the mist a bit if we can to allow a faster go-down and my bomb there, despite being 1/20 chance only, is a fine bomb to drop. It's a gain in damage for no loss pretty much. I do agree this one is a lil more selfish but I did get the OK from my guild ofc before doing this. I don't think anything I did in this video is too selfish or greedy or costs any volatility or anything problematic for the guild. Moving with your camp is a fine and safe strategy but also not moving with your camp in the ways that I did do not really add difficulty but just weirdness. It does not increase difficulty in any meaningful capacity imo.
I have a lot to learn

@@robertroy8803 yea lets set the focus on your parse instead of your guilds progression
Watch until the end of the video and you'll see the boss die 🤣
@@robertroy8803 Hindsight 20/20?
