One thing for sure you need to know from diasporas and people from back home, our thinking levels are different! And also when it comes to telling the truth, diasporas are very transparent, which is the other way round when it comes to people from home, which explains why diasporas mistrust people back from home because of different reasons, one of the main reasons being hypocrisy. People from home also tend to be myopic, and lack emotional intelligence which is very hard for someone who has grown up or partly lived in Europe!!!✌🏾😘
Debi literally explained everything clearly and if you notice and pay attention to her words very well, her definition of judgement is different, she respects someone else's choices rather than pointing a finger at them before understanding who they are! This also should tell you a lot about diasporas!

😂😂😂 ok im not laughing at you but at thr fact that you are 100% correct. The level of emotional intelligence leaves you wondering what went wrong. Also as diasporans we were also in the same boat until we left UG and adopted to different ways of thinking, telling the truth, non judgemental eg body shaming is something we do not necessarily just utter out.
One thing i can say is that living abroad is like another form of University degree in differenr aspects eg communication styles, world view, vocabulary, and the list goes on.
@Flourish_today Exactly! You are absolutely right, We do learn a lot in these countries! That's why I always encourage people to "move out a bit and travel" meaning they should read a lot , it really helps too!

I like her, but she contradicted herself. At one point she mentions it's wrong to inherit one's enemies simply because you belong to a group. A few minutes later, she expects her close friend(s) to not be cordial with anyone who does her wrong. Like, can she stick to one side?
