One of the biggest reasons is that everyone knows what a Pokémon is while like 38 people know what a loomian is, and it's due to nostalgia that people enjoy that game more

Project Pokemon is still up, it is now known as Project Polaro but gets taken down frequently. The devs work hard at quickly reuploading it for the next week or so, however.
the gameplay you used at 4:41 is from my friend who i met in pokemon brick bronze so many years ago, i dont talk to him anymore because his discord is inactive. I use to play loomian legacy with him as well but i quit the game because they took way too long to update

I remember playing project: Pokemon. It was a fun game. But it was banned, it's kinda sad. I remember playing loomian legacy, but as you said: games lost balance. At some reason my starter project Pokemon Pokemon managed better than my loomian legacy, in loomian legacy it just didn't spare newbies. Every time I began I saw loomians that were guess what, stronger than mine and I just ran away or my loomian just died. But let's finish this on positive note. Hope new game will be good

Honestly it seems like the biggest issue with roblox pokemon games are their updating schedules. Even stuff like PBB suffered due to it taking a decently long time to update. The model of pokemon allows for some inherent replayability, but once ur done getting all the mons u want and train them up, there isn't much to do.
Yea… even worse for the fakemon games like loomian and doodle since they don’t already have assets made for the games. With pocket anime hopefully that problem doesn’t arise but I’m fully expecting updates to be sorta slow

4:53, I don't know, Loomian Legacys PVP is really good honestly. JamiyJamie does a good job with the PVP. The problem with LL pvp is the prep time. It takes so long to make PVP loomians that it never attracts newer players.
The thing I find crazy is it used to be way worse still not going to get into it until I can find a secret ability ikazune without paying
@eletrick1032 ya, PVP prep used to be way worse, and it's recent tp chart update makes pvp prep alot better. Rallying still sucks, and getting SAs are still hard to get, but overall, LL has been cooking as of late.
I tried getting into LL pvp but it took too long might get into it after they add the team builder tho

I hope Loomian Legacy makes a turn around. Soul burst is kinda fun I guess. I hope they can expand on what works while also bringing something new to the table. Also Tales of Tanorio looks pretty fun, I like the clown dog.

Tales of Tanorio has been released, and I can tell you it’s not going to be another LL situation. Devs have been constantly updating and providing information for upcoming updates, and there’s even a spring event coming up.

I'm scared for pocket anime, just because the characters don't have any changes but only the names do, which makes me think it can get copyrighted by crunchy roll or like game fam.

Loomian Legacy making a come back rn with the pvp update coming out with new maps based on pbb maps.
pokemon games revivng brings a smile , loomian legacy for this year seems like they have decent communication this time there recent mini updates make the game overall better with tp adjustment and the new loomians.

Man these Roblox Pokémon games were the only thing that kept me playing Roblox until I stopped recently. Doodle world just became ass and LL just doesn’t hit the same anymore. Maybe Tales of Tomorrow and Pocket Anime can save us though

To be fair Loomian Legacy has improved A LOT since release. But I'm not sure if it's too late for it to be revived. But at the very least they've been pleasing the fans as of recently from what I've heard and seen

there was this really cool roblox game back in the day called pokemon legends 2 and it was like pokemon fighters where you play as the pokemon but the thing is there would be events like random announcements like "articoono has spawned" and all the players would race around the map doing puzzles and obbies and shit and going to the sky and stuff to find it and it was a race to be the first one to get it, it as really cool

@@TechyOP_ the creator of it made a game afterwards called arena X which is kinda like the same thing but with original pokemon but it didnt have world spawn events and the dev quit working on it for an rpg game he made called legends re:written (pretty mid game) but fun fact the map in pokemon advanced is actually ripped from pokemon legends 2 which is pretty cool

Pokemon Brick Bronze is the main reason why i started playing Roblox. When they removed the game i was angry because i spend soo much time and money on that game.

The reseaon for all the negativity and controversy on Tales of Tanorios release is bugs and one of the main people, Utopia, being hospitalized. People need to stop dissing on ToT, they ae trying their best

Sure topia going to the hospital was a set back but if the game was ready bro would’ve never landed in the hospital from them overworking him to death. If y0u could can you ask the team of brick bronze to make a new with a good story and extensive postgame with a story linked to it if you dont what i mean look at the fangames like xenoverse or black 2 and white2 with a story multiple regions and good enhancements physical split and mega stones being found in overworld with exciting quest for one of them.

You guys might prefer your crossover anime games with Naruto, Luffy, Goku, and Ichigo, as boring and stale as they have become, rather than Loomian Legacy because of the Fakemon, but come on, these characters are just skins of anime characters on top of the goddamn Pokemon. There is literally nothing new about the gameplay of Pocket Anime other than the surface-level looks, and y'all are putting it as if this game deserves to be more successful over the other Pokemon games like Loomian Legacy and Tales of Tanorio just because it has anime.
I'll tell you all something: as bad as Tales of Tanorio's sudden delays are, at least they promised us a release date, while these devs from Pocket Anime have been working on the game for over two whole years, and all we got is a $25 demo with one route.
At least pocket anime came through with some type of demo for a release. Tot announced multiple delays and even said yesterday that they are doing a “demo” for ccs only disappointing everyone in their own community you keep defending a game that isn’t even ready yet because you take them by their word. Pocket anime will succeed and you saying it’s surface level gameplay just shows you haven’t played for yourself and have an extreme bias towards tot which you also haven’t played LMAOOO 💀
@@TechyOP_ Are you comparing a demo that was only available for one week and had a singular route of content to something approaching a release? No, buddy, you don't even have any idea in the slightest when the next testing phase will be available, let alone if it will include the content and areas that were shown in the trailers but nowhere to be seen in the demo.
And not to mention, even though Tales of Tanorio has been delayed a few times, at least they do not intend to keep players in the dark about how much content is available in the game until they have profited fully from those who have bought it, and then will unapologetically up the difficulty and unfairly balance the game so that those who find it difficult to beat will still be satisfied even after realizing that the 25$ game they purchased fell short of their expectations in terms of amount of content.

Besides, Tales of Tanorio owes those content creators for advertising the game without asking for profit. I understand they could've handled the announcement better, but it's not difficult to assume that content creators are limited to a demo in order to once again create hype and anticipation for the full release while at the same time leaving it up to the players to discover new content on their own when the game arrives.
But yes, you're right, I haven't played the game yet; none of us have, so you could also assume that the game isn't exactly fully finished yet, and they want to determine whether people think that the game is ready for release before announcing a date. Either way, I think both alternatives are a solid way to manage the game release, despite the dev's inexperience.
Neither of us are paying to play the game, so I don't think we have any right to tell these people if what they are doing isn't right when we don't even know their intentions.

me personally i prefer pokemon/pokemon equivalent cuz of the evolutions and nostalgia than anime characters but its cool either way
