How do you make sure that after all this meticulous measuring you're taking away material in the right place? I see you pointing your index finger on a certain point of the beak ... how do you make sure that this is the right point?
When I find the point I want to sand I put my index finger on the exact opposite side (top of the beak) and used the downward pressure from my finger to stay on that point. This is challenging and takes a lot of practice.
