SEPHORiA is Sephora’s biggest beauty event of the year-a place to meet your beauty icons, learn about the newest products, enjoy incredible swag, and more.
What was the SEPHORiA 2023 Virtual Key Swag?
This year there was an optional Virtual Key Swag bag for purchase. It included a limited-edition SEPHORiA swag item (makeup bag) and a SEPHORiA product assortment promised to be worth $300+. The price was $65, plus tax & shipping ($8.95). My total cost was $78.50. They are also limited to one purchase per person.
The SEPHORiA 2023 Virtual Key Swag were available while supplies last. They went on sale July 18, 2023 and sold out before August. They were final sale, no exchanges or refunds. The Virtual Key Swag were promised to ship in September 2023. However, mine did not ship until October 18, 2023 and was received on October 22, 2023. There was no communication from SEPHORiA or Sephora regarding the delay unless you contacted them first.
Overall, I am pleased with the contents of my SEPHORiA 2023 Virtual Key Swag Bag. I received 31 items total. Everyone receives the same items, however, I was missing 1 item that I have seen others receive which was valued at $20 (listed below). Even with the missing item, my SEPHORiA 2023 Virtual Key Swag is estimated to be worth over $470. And if I only calculate the full and mini sized products (and eliminate the samples), the value is $370. So I definitely received what was promised.

Sephoria this year was disappointing even for online. We didn’t get our coupons and rewards. Emails didn’t come as scheduled. It was fun and the tech was there as a completely different experience. Fun video!
