0lK Mrs McBean. I F am here paying Taxes😊 LIKE FROM 2010 NEVER GET ( GET ANY TAX RETURN BUT NEVER BEEN MARRIED GO THRU HELL AN BK THIS DOES.NT APPLY TO ME IS THERE ANY HELp for I came here legally
right, I feel your pain.; there are parents who came here legally but over time fell out of status due to incompetnet lawyers and these parents have children who are American citizens and these parents have been living here , working, contributing to society , creating business and providing jobs and employment for Americans ,working hard and paying taxes for 30+ years and never broke the law and these honest, hard working people who embody the spirit of America cannot get green card, because they overstayed and got our of status.
Yup. They need to pass dignity Act. Millions of people here came legally. Fell out of status or are about to AGE OUT of status… it’s not right. Dignity Act solves all of this…and Congress sits on it and does nothing
This always happens right before election time. They just play around with everyone and never really do anything about it. I've been here since i was a baby and applied for DACA 2 months later they stopped approving. Apparently, there is nothing i can do because im not married to a US citizen. This is so frustrating.
and if they do, there is always a limitation, an excuse not to qualify, or only a few qualify, this has all been orchestrated by republicans who have power over immigration, who keep on making all these unfair malicious laws to either delay or block any possibilities.... most First Generation Dreamers who had been promised the Dream Act since 2001, aged and never qualified for DACA, they are still left out and forsaken until now in days!!! First Dreamers and those who have been here for over 20 years should be first in line!!!!!!😡
Hi!! I am a member of American Families United which Im sure you already know of. We are volunteers representing U.S. citizens advocating for immigration policy reforms that prioritize family reunification and minimize family separation, our spouses are directly impacted by the permanent bars due to reentry/false claim/misrepresentation. We are and have been working with the Biden administration on the details of this Parole program. This PIP was introduced to help our families who face those bars get a protection against deportation. That being said, nothing is yet official regarding the details and eligibility for this PIP and even AOS… We are working very hard to make sure as many AFU families affected by those cruel bars of inadmissibility are covered. Please follow us and stay connected to know about the latest updates/details!! ❤❤❤
So lets me get this straight, the only difference from this policy, from the existing law for adjustment of status by marriage, is the fact that now anyone that did not enter the country legally (border crossing etc) don't have to go back and legally apply for a green card- in which could take a while. I don't see any major changes or additions here. So, in a nutshell, it speeds up the process for a law that already in existance. Am I missing something?
I hope not only for the spouses. What about us singles? Who doesn't marry but stay here and contributed to the U.S. Taxes for 10 years. I hope there's a good news for us as well.
I appreciate you Mrs. McBean for all of your dedication to the people who need help. God bless you for always keeping us informed. We appreciate you! God bless.❤
@McBeanImmigrationLaw thanks for your support. June 17 2024 will be a permanent date or your thing that is possible for next year june 2025 , people that now have been married for 9 years will be able to aply for this parole.?.
I am an American citizen who is married to an undocumented immigrant. We've been married for almost 12 years. We found out yesterday that this law doesn't apply to her because she entered the country legally but overstayed. She was believed to have lied at her asylum hearing. So she's been under I.C.E supervisor. Is there any avenue that could allow her to get her green card through parole in place?
Well that's unjust. If you're going to legalize this. In that case illegal or legal whether you over stayed your stay is it truly a crime? No !! Intellegent people don't flee to America to get away from criminal envolement. They just hear about or know it's a great place to gain stability and freedom. ❤
We need comprehensive immigration reform for the 11 million undocumented immigrants who lived here in the US over 8,9 10,15, 20 years. A lot of immigrants are not married to American citizens so they not going to benefit from joe Biden immigration order.
If you are married to a U.S. citizen, they can apply for you since you came legally (even if you are now illegal). You don’t need this Parole. This Parole is only for spouses of US citizens who came in the US illegally.
My friend lived in the United States since 1999 he came thru the border without inspection. He was married to a US citizen since 2006 without getting his greencard. He divorced his wife last year. Feeling so sad for people in that situation.
This PIP is for persons who have entered the country without getting a stamp, they sneaked in, whether it's under someone's else name or at the border. They are now allowed to get their paper work done without having to return to their country of birth to complete the process, which usually can take years to complete and it's not a guarantee that they will be able to re- enter the USA
I came to the USA legally as a beneficiary and with Asylum granted on arrival at Logan airport in Boston but it's been 3yrs and within a felon but USCIS has been depriving me of my rights that work. My first and second amendment rights as per the constitution have been abused for no reason. I need a compensation for that. I've paid USCIS fees for the second time but can't still have my EAD. I'm planning to go to court with them because I'm not a felon like the ex president Donald Trump. Let laws be laws
Hi! I entered without being inspected back in 2002 from Brazil, never left the country, married a US citizen in 2015, unfortunate in 2018 she passed away, four years later my VAWA was approved, in 2023 a judge in Florida was kind enough to allow me to apply for the waiver and wait here in the US. Do you think I would qualify for the President's executive order since I'm a widower waiting for my interview? Thanks for your great work.
I was wondering since REGISTRY exists as a law and only requires a date change (1972 to a more recent date) could President Biden use an EO to bring the date forward?
Our I130 has already been approved and we were supposed to be on track to sent over NVC. Does this mean we will have to file for PIP and basically start all over again.
The Parole has nothing to do with children. If the parents came in the US Legally, the kids can apply for them even if they lost their status. But for this Parole, if the parent came/is here illegally, the parent has to be married to a U.S. citizen to benefit for it.
do i qualify for biden's immigration program if i re-entered after self-deportation but didn’t serve my 5 year bar? I’ve been here 17 years and married to us citizen 12 years
Or for DACA children. Every two years, they are checking them, and it's already 12 years. Why don't you give that grown people, why are educated, paying taxes, well behave . They deserve to have citizenship
You have to be here at least for ten years. The duration of your marriage doesn’t matter. However you have to be legally married before the announcement.
Thanks for that good news! I want to know according to the actual rumors, does it possible for Haitian under humanitarian parole can apply for new TPS program? If yes how can we apply? Thank you!
What if your DACA application was sent but has not been processed yet. Will those people still have a chance as well? & if so do we have to have some type of college degree already?
People are celebrating People who broke the law. Let me ask you, guys, who are celebrating. If they break in your house. Steal the food out of your house. Do you not want justice

I prayed for this moment for 30 years! Thank you Jesus ! 💙💙
This doesn't make sense how about people that are leaving here, no criminal records working, and paying taxes have minor children who are citizens.
Exactly makes no sense smh
This is truly incredible news! I'm so happy for everyone who's getting a chance to stop living in fear.
Certainly not USA citizens! Many live in fear of USA gov. Audits, man hunts, tax's! lol
Pleople here for years, who came legal paying taxes and nothing for them.
right, I feel your pain.; there are parents who came here legally but over time fell out of status due to incompetnet lawyers and these parents have children who are American citizens and these parents have been living here , working, contributing to society , creating business and providing jobs and employment for Americans ,working hard and paying taxes for 30+ years and never broke the law and these honest, hard working people who embody the spirit of America cannot get green card, because they overstayed and got our of status.
@@aleksgreen562I've lived overseas. I had visa issues. When they expire, I leave. It's called obeying the law.

@@tw1258 Well REGISTRY is better than DIGNITY ACT, IT only requires moving the date forward from 1972
to a more recent date.

So true 🙄🙄
Same,I was suppose to get married next week but since it wasn't yesterday I don't qualify
I’m confused! What about the people who came through the airport that didn’t go back home ? What’s in place for those people?
Just got back from India. Its "illegal" to go through the airport without a return flight home!!! just sayin "world order"

I’m thinking they left a lot of ppl out in the cold.
500,000/12,000,000 means It'll only help 4% of undocumented people in the US 🤦♂️

Nothing good for people who came with visa but overstayes
This is only for who’s has spouse citizen son they can vote for him
If you overstay you are out of statue and become undocumented right?
I cant do that in any country lawfully!
Is there anything in this new policy for the 80,000 first time DACA applicants who are still waiting since Texas put a pause on it since July 2021?
I'm wondering the same thing.
Me too ! But you know what , if they can't accept DACA kids they will never accept anyone !
There is nothing for us so far and I don’t think it will
Hello,if someone lived in the us 10 year not married to a citizen, not including in this bill.?

How about who entered in the US with a tourist visa and overstayed for 18 years?
If you are married to a U.S. citizen, they can apply for you since you came legally (even if you are now illegal). You don’t need this Parole.
This Parole is only for spouses of US citizens who came in the US illegally.
The Parole is only for illegals that are married to US citizens
This ruling does not go far enough 500 000 of 11 million undocumented more needs to be done . All this waiting for congress to act is just nonesense
Congress will never act it will be a broken promise from 1980. Vote out any Congress person who does that
My friend lived in the United States since 1999 he came thru the border without inspection. He was married to a US citizen since 2006 without getting his greencard. He divorced his wife last year. Feeling so sad for people in that situation.
Geeez this is so sad .
Im sure people who have been living as long as that, can obtain a work permit somehow
@selectiveapathy not without an I-94. Which is considered inspection

So illegal is what you're saying. I've lived overseas and had visa issues myself. I left as required by law. No sympathy.
Wow… I’m a citizen and my wife came out short. We been married for six years and she been in the USA 🇺🇸 since August 2015
That's what I tell people that Joe Biden immigration order didn't go far enough.
Exactly in order to qualify you have to marry a citizen and broke the law years ago

do i qualify for biden's immigration program if i re-entered after self-deportation but didn’t serve my 5 year bar? I’ve been here 17 years and married to us citizen 12 years
Freedom now
It's a waste of time why Biden didn't do it for the people who married with a us citizen without been in the us for 10 years.
It's a compromise honestly. But maybe 5 years would have been better.
Or for DACA children. Every two years, they are checking them, and it's already 12 years. Why don't you give that grown people, why are educated, paying taxes, well behave . They deserve to have citizenship
