Thanks for your video , but why you don’t select All keys lost instead of add key ?
2 reasons: 1) most of my clients lost their keys in the house and in case they find their keys later - they can still use it. 2) when doing all keys lost, a lot of the cars we need to program 2 keys, and the customer only wanted to pay for 1 key.

Why doesn’t the alarm go off when you use the lishi to unlock the door ?
Sime models are not triggered by key turning if you locked it with remote.
I have the XTOOL D7 that I'm currently using to program a key fob for my 2017 ram 1500 but when it gets to the point where it asks for my 4 digit PIN code I have no idea what the four digit pin code is or do I just hit enter because it does detect that I have 2 OWM keys for the vehicle so I know that it's connected properly. Where do I go from there? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or do. I just hit enter when the prompt window comes up asking for the four digit pin code? Thank you for the great video.

I have the XTOOL D8 and I'm currently trying to program a new key fob that I purchased off of Amazon for $30 and it came with a blade key inside. it asked me to turn on the hazards when I programming the key and then it asks me for the pin code, but it doesn't actually give me the pin code. I was watching a few other videos where the programmer utilized an OBD port behind the stereo to program the key fob. I see that you're using a different OBD2 scanner. Am I doing it incorrectly with my 2017 ram 1500

Hey. You'll need to know the FCC ID or the OEM part number. If you don't know it - you can call your Dodge dealer's parts department with your VIN and ask for the part number. I cannot guarantee the quality of Amazon keys but in general most of them work fine.

I have to go to the dealer today and get the part # & FCC code.
It is the 4 button fob that allows my wife to start the truck in the summer in Arizona to cool off.

@@guohuaye12 Hey. I'm sorry, I don't sell the keys or the programmer, It can be purchase through any Locksmith supplier (America key supply, UHS hardware, Locksmith Keyless etc.)
Will this work on my 2019 ram 1500 classic just like this truck you do in this video I have same type of key?
No you need to connect special cable to bypass the security system in 2018 and up

Hey, 2018 and up, You'll need a special cable to connect to the OBD and the star connector (I have a guide on my channel).
Hey. The star connector on Ram Pick Up is under the steering column.

Hey. you don't need to disconnect the battery, as soon as you start the programming - the alarm should turn off.
