1 whole chicken
2-3 head garlic
2 tsps. garlic granules
1-2 tsps. cracked black pepper
2 tsps. salt
1 tsp. rosemary
1-2 tsps. lemon or calamansi juice
JAVA RICE
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
1-2 pcs. red bell peppers
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1-2 tbsp. banana catsup
2 cups rice
3 cups water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
