- The international criminal court prosecutor's office says it has requested arrest warrants for the Israeli prime minister, his defence minister and three Hamas leaders for alleged war crimes.

Prosecutor Karim Khan's office said it suspected all five - Benjamin Netanyahu, Yoav Gallant and Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif and Ismail Haniyeh - bore criminal responsibility for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Israel or the Gaza Strip. Israel has denied committing war crimes in the ongoing war, triggered by the Hamas-led attack on Israel on 7 October.

Neither Iraq nor the US signed, so it's not ICC jurisdiction. And even if Bush were somehow convicted, he'd never get arrested, look up the Hague Invasion Act.
I’m sorry but all the crimes that are listed under Hamas also applies to Israel. They have more than 9000 Palestinians in their jails without charges or trumped up charges including hundreds of children and women, they have been physically and sexually assaulted. Who will answer for that?

The ICC is not a system of law based on sovereign territory but beyond national jurisdiction based originally on laws of the high seas against piracy. It only applies to signatories The USA withdrew recognition of its jurisdiction, Israel never signed but the uk did.
