Thank you MrSealyP and Kermit, FS25 is looking to be incredible, and the passion from the Giants team is so evident in what we got to see over the weekend. this is my first trip to FarmCon, I’m blown away by the welcome and hospitality from Giants and Fendt.

Great video. Kermit seems like a real good person and a solid guy. I'm happy for him to be doing something he seems to enjoy. If you dont enjoy your job then its just work and thats not good.
I wonder if or how much he still is able to play and what his favorite map is.

Brilliant interview mate! Kermit is an absolute gem, top bloke in no uncertain terms! I remember stumbling on his Twitch channel about 3 years ago when he was doing some FSL commentary using the Giants Clean Feed channel, back before they even did the live Saturday caster broadcasts, it's been fantastic following along with his journey through FSL broadcasting and into his role at Giants!
You two are absolute leg ends! Huge thanks to Kermit for sharing some time with MrSealyP and us, for herding all the cats at FarmCon, and Giants themselves for being so open and welcoming too! Cheers lads!
I wanna say, this interview is great.
The buildable farm houses are gonna be a game changer.
Think of starting your career as a poor farmer from 0 and working up to earn money. That is something I wish they could put into the base game. As a mode.
So easy you start with the base game equipment
Medium - 500.000 or whatever
But the start from scratch mode, they could change that where you start off with 0 in bank. And you have basic broken down equipment, rusted, worn. You have to revive them, and then clear fields from weeds stones, etc. and work up from there.
Many UA-camrs have done that.
Loved this chat. Makes me look forward to 25. Heard nothing about seasons yet, though. Deffo needs an upgrade.

Good morning. Congratulations on the excellent coverage of the FS25 event. I am a player from Brazil, and for me and millions of other players, a few simple improvements could make a big difference in gameplay. It would be great to have the ability to play in third-person mode, even on consoles, and to make the in-game economy more challenging and realistic, including converting shop prices to other world currencies. Another interesting addition would be to include calves and small animals, allowing them to grow throughout the game. Thank you for your attention!

Yeah, if you can build farm houses, and maybe that one mill?, and they don’t lock the functions behind drm. That is a major game changer!

As a Brit, We have seen, official USA Maps, French Maps, and German Maps. I Think it's About Time for a Base Game UK Map.

I can relate to that couch effect. Sitting on the couch HTPC hooked upt to the TV and play FS19/22 for a couple of hours relaxed gameplay. For more dynamic gameplay I use my PC with a GB3466WQSU ultrwide monitor. Got the game installed on a Nvme 2TB ssd in a usb3 case to be able to play away from home on my laptop.

Don't expect much from FS25..and to be honest videos so far didn't amaze me or anything ..but I'll definitely buy it day one or even pre-order ..because it is the game i play the most

Just been and bought play station 5 in my 70,s bingo European driver and excavator operator I started playing from giants 17 it's not exciting we getting giants 25 looking forward to this new game ..Great listening to you guys interesting video

That's funny, just like Kermit I started on pc on fs13, and as soon as it came to ps3 I switched, to console and always stayed with console ever since.
Just saw the new farmcon24 fendt pack mod. It's awesome, the fendt 380 gta turbo and the fendt xylon 524.❤ that makes me happy. An other great gaints mod I've worked with in real life.
And so far I'm impressed with fs25. What has been released si far I'm very happy aboute, definitely coming to pre order it with season pass.

Let’s hope GPS will be like Wooster’s gps mod. I wanna do an A B line for example. Most of the time Giants add everything for dummies so let’s hope they don’t do it this time.
You may not be happy then. To make it accessible and user friendly for a larger audience, it has Preset GPS mapping on fields that you can access, rather than setting your own routes.
@@MrSealyp yes, I thought so. And don’t get me wrong, I’m so glad they finally added gps base game. With a bit of luck Wopster will give us a more complex version later on. Hopefully Giants will make seasons more like we had in fs19. That would be the icing on the cake. I get that they wanna reach a larger audience but why not give the option for realism, lots of players wanna do it as realistic as possible. Make it so you can turn everything on or off. 😉
Lars is no longer with giants. Aww what happened did he retire was it health issues. That’s shame. Cause I remember Lars being some what part of the team and back in FS19 he was part of the franchise. 😮I’m shocked

Question for Kermit, could a mod be created, with place able fencing, where the construction features can be incorporated?
Such as: lumber, barb wire and poles be needed to be delivered.
To a fence production plant company.
As a map maker, I am looking at the in-game buildings to reuse on my next map. Please make some nice reusable and interesting buildings. Not custom buildings that can only be used in one confirmation.
Will 4X maps be available for Xbox Series X/Playstation 5?

@@MrBigrobmjca3 I literally have no idea nothing has been confirmed one way or the other. I've heard they'll allow modders who make those maps allowed to best tested on console with no promise of there being issues with the map. It's not coded in the base game so it's a crap shoot if they'll even work
I started with FS19 on PS4, went to PS5 when 22 came out. I've been conflicted since the announcement of 25, do I want to stay on PlayStation for stability or do I want to migrate over to PC so I don't have to continuously rebuild my farm when modded Maps update. I'm really leanin' towards the stability even though the other annoys the shite out of me.
I really hope that mods from modders like Chris S and Riley S are allowed in 25

Kermit it's so extremely unfair that pc,PS5 can get FS25 and not PS4 players many console players haven't got the money to get a PS5 so what I am trying to say it would be nice to get FS25 on PS4
Unfortunately, the game has to move forward. FS22 was always going to be the last version on all platforms. This was not Kermit's decision, but a company one.
Idk if I can trust Kermit anymore after he said there is no such thing as fs25...

Time to upgrade, ps4 and Xbox were holding the game back. Don't like it too bad
When FS22 released across all of the consoles, it was fairly widely understood that it would be the final version to do that. I realise how frustrating it may be, but GIANTS had to make the decision in order to push the game's evolution and capabilities.
I'm done buying this game until a get a pc. They literally care nothing about console but they love our money. So the visuals not being the same is ridiculous 4x maps not being on console is ridiculous precision farming not being in base game is ridiculous. I really wish instead of all these youtubers slobbering all over the giants employees would really get on them about these things. With that being said I do like your content otherwise your mod reviews are great
Also to not know a bunch of things but have a pre order out is crazy. Sounds like there's a chance the game could be missing alot on console. You guys have 2 years to make a game and it feels like a yearly release.
You should be mad at consoles. Giants can only push the consoles so much with the graphics and such.
@murdamafia868 you don't have to pre-order it. Also everything you see is for everybody, so not sure what you mean console is missing stuff
@@chrisasst I hear you but if you're on console as well you'd get what I'm saying. There's several examples of how far behind giants is. I'm cool if the water effects and the fog density is reduced on console but I'm talking about 4x maps more than anything. Thet say it's a file issue buy that's just not accurate when there's several games that have 12gb plus of reserve space. Hell flight sim is literally the entire world with live weather and live air traffic and it runs absolutely fantastic on series x with not a ton of drop of from the pc version. If they truly cares they'd implement more things in the game so the script is there for the modders so we can get more useful mods. We shall see though there's enough improvements that I'm encouraged by it. 4 months before release as well so there's still time
The ps4 is 10 years old how long shoud it keep being around? Its time too move on more games dhould follow suit@chrisasst
