I've had to do that twice, both times they just used a little inflatable thing, stuck it in the door, inflated it to bop the door open a crack, and then used a metal wire to unlock it. Cost over $100 each time. This video could've saved me a fortune.
This technique works for everyone who routinely carries three plungers with them. So glad to know that the three plunges I carry in my Jeep finally do have a purpose. Thank you for this information. Totally anticipating when I finally get to use them.
For everyone thinking someone's in the car hitting the window switch, on alot of new cars, if you have automatic windows, you can press your unlock on your keyfob once, then hold it down and your windows will roll down until you let go of the button. Probably what was on the other side of the tape "lights".
