I like how they've added in the old Negrand music in the mix
Draenor is so diverse, when you do quests in nagrand you forget gorgrond is even a thing.
Except Gorgrond, from an objective standpoint is one of the greatest "questing" zones we've ever had. Choose between two pathways that give you two entirely different questing experiences, and both were fantastic.

Yes! This! This is the part I think of when I think Nagrand WoD music. It is just such a peaceful zone. It makes you feel fine with flying around and farming timber for hours.
Pretty much the only reason I log onto retail any longer...
It's glorious music, any time of day, in Nagarand.

I absolutely loved Nagrand back in TBC, my favorite zone by far. To be able to see it again in all it's beauty was amazing!

This is my favorite part too
The damn wolf packs. The elite areas. The warsong riders going full Monty Python's Spanish Inquisition. The final siege against the Warsong and Garrosh's last stand.
Nagrand was too damn good.

Well given that it's Blizzard who are making the music not really...
I feel like Nagrand's music was probably the best in my opinion that they've done, it really speaks to me, both in Outlands and Draenor. Outlands to me feels like of how there's still life left in Outlands and how most of the Mag'har and Draenei have found peace there from the threat of the legion that looms throughout most of the other parts of Outlands. Their inspired faith and diligence has helped protect their homeland against opposing forces.
Draenors feels like they're preparing to defend Nagrand from primal savage beasts/ogres and Garrosh's Warsong army.
14:10 is the music that plays when you fight Kairoz on the legendary ring quest.
this music is just! oh my gosh the emotion, the feels, everything. i just finally got to Nagrand and the music made the experience so magical. 10/10 Blizzard.
This place where Garrosh start, also where Garrosh end (But not the same realm).

OMG, LOVE THIS ZONE AND MUSIC! I'm so glad it's the 98-100 zone! It was my favorite in TBC too.
Wait until you start treasure hunting. It will very shortly after that become one of the best fucking zone ever.
Ebop Why just this zone? There are treasure huntings in every zone in Draenor.
***** I just personaly feel like nagrand is the most fun one. Spires just feels boring. Frostfire is ok. And so is gorgrond. Still have not done talador yet

When I tell you the amount of nostalgia I get when I hear this is unreal, WoD came out when I was very young and I remember my dad had a barn in his garrison and i used to go out into Nagrand every day and trap Clefthoofs and listen to the music, it still makes me so happy and nostalgic
Despite WoD being the least popular expansion, the zones were incredible. Nagrand was the zone closest to the Outlands original zone style, but it looks so much better graphically.
I want this expansion back.

5:15 to 8:25 is THE most glorious music in all of WoW , & for that matter, in any game I've ever played.
It's worth returning to Nagrand just to listen to it!

I love Draenor zones. Graphics, musics, quests... and diversity of all the areas is just... amazing ! Its beautiful and fun. Really happy to be back in a part of Outlands, even if its the planet and on another Timeline. I still feel like I miss TBC so much though. I loved that expac. But the musics makes me feel better xD
Also, because they play some of the older tracks in some of the zones. Like the Terokkar forest theme in Talador, then there's all that lovely new music with it. OwO Also, Nagrand, they played one of the old tracks too. :) Beautiful places shame they went to ruin and became Outlands. :(
to me TBC was also the best xpac. Overall feel and especially raiding. WOTLK, questing was nice but raiding was a chore with doing the same raid in normal and heroic.... stopped playing comepletely somewhere after finishing Ulduar.

Hi Friend! What is for you the new and the old Nagrand? Because in lore chronology, the new is in Outland and the old is in Draenor. In game chronology, the new is in WoD, and the old is in BC :) (sorry for my english)

8:35 really, they rehashed the music... not that I mind much, I absolutely love the TBC Nagrand music but you'd think they'd ... you know, change it at least a little bit
To be honest i expected that they'd do that. Nagrand is the favourite zone of many people and they don't want people to be too alienated by the new Nagrand so that they wouldn't like it, and they could have changed it up a bit but I suppose that might also alienate players from what they are used to.
Jason Hall They learned from the heavy mistakes in Cata when they destroyed too many of peoples old favorite zones.
Not only nagrand, there are more places which use Outland music.
Most of the WoD zones' music include sections of the old soundtrack. It's sort of an homage to BC I suppose.
***** the redone zones in Cata were almost universally superior. People just can't let go of the past.

Since cata blizz really has problems with making proper ambient... there is to much pathos and opera music :(
That's a very good point. I haven't heard any proper ambient music since TBC. Everything nowadays is very epic and opera-like. But that's okay, since I tend to stick with in-game music when I'm leveling in places like Outland, Pandaria, Northrend and will do so in Draenor. Azeroth ambience can be really tiring, and often puts me to sleep.
MrGlew I don't agree. Dragonblight music (wotlk) for instance is both calm but not too dull.

I thought the music in Pandaria zones was pretty good, for the most part. But yea, I agree it does seem they're doing the "epic" music too much.
This new Nagrand music is overpriced CRAP... Unbearable generic mess. I turn it off.

I remember when that part FIRST actually HIT. I just stopped and died in a moment of de ja vue enthrallment. For DAYS I couldn't remember until it just hit me. I hadn't been in REAL Nagrand in so long. It was so great, I just stopped playing, went and listened to the music for about 30 minutes.
