It doesn't matter what texas did in the past it's about the present. If you look at the Texas roster, you'll see depth that is on par with Georgia. Texas built their roster from the inside out, which the previous texas coaches didn't. Texa recruiting footprint is going to expand with the exposure that the SEC is going to give them. Texas recruiting with the big 12 logo was really good, and it's only going to get better with that SEC logo. Plus, Texas has a strong NIL play as well as being in Austin. Only haters will ignore all this and point to the past 10 years as to why texas will fail. Texas isn't texas A&M and Mizzu.

I didn't state that Texas is going to beat uga next year. You're just stuck in the past and looking at a Texas with a roster that had 0 nfl draft picks versus a roster that will have multiple draft picks like they did this year. I don't get why you're mentioning florida and Tennessee. If you judge those teams in the present florida could be better, but have a worse record due to their schedule. Typical Bama fan singing the glories of their past. Ga went the last three seasons undefeated in seasonal play, something Bama never accomplished. They broke Saban's consecutive win record and won two out of the last three National championships. What has Bama done in the last three years? They lost to GA in the 2022 natty 33-18. The following year they lost two regular season games and failed to make the playoff. Last season they got lucky and squeezed past them by a FG then showed everyone they weren't the team they thought they were by losing their first playoff game. Anyone with common sense would agree that GA rules the SEC at this time.

UGAs “generational” TE got clamped, their defensive line got pushed on their backs, literally. Watch the game. Luck wasn’t a factor and the score would’ve been worse if our DBs didn’t drop 4 picks from Carson Beck, and didn’t let UGA get a late pity touchdown.
UGA loves to tout their win streaks in the regular season with no mention of the fact that they’ve been playing in an insanely weak SEC East against a series of programs who are still on the rise. UGA has been benefiting every year from essentially having 9-10 tune up games a year before actually facing difficult opponents. They have the exact same setup as Clemson in the late 2010s. Bama’s journey through the West was far more difficult on a regular basis.
Since there’s never been parity as to schedule, comparing records is foolish. But head to head matchups still matter. And the fact still is - when Bama plays UGA, Bama wins. Your entire streak started after a loss to Bama then ended the next time you played a reasonably healthy Bama. Georgia fans are willing to believe they are “Kings of the SEC” but in reality yall just keep our seat warm when the Tide ebbs.
The media has been trying to elevate Georgia and Texas , and de-emphasize Bama for the past few years. They told us we wouldn’t win anything last year too and we won the SEC, then came a play away from the national championship game last year. We ain’t hearing none of yalls narrative
