I do know that the recently gave away 1 million gospels of John for free. But way more important, what do you think about the way they present the gospel? Did you find anything unbiblical? @@quido64 LW is Living Waters, the name of his company. It is a non profit charity but the percentage it spends on charitable causes is a small percentage of what the company takes in. Ray’s practices are deceptive, and he is notoriously ignorant about both history and science, as well as theology. Furthermore, even after being corrected multiple times, he persists in saying things that he knows are not true. He is not much of a Christian either. Memorizing the gospels does not guarantee that he understands and practices what Jesus preached. His responses to people critical of him in the comments section are sophomoric and unworthy of any Christian. He should be quite ashamed of his behavior but I suspect that LW is just a business and he has no genuine belief in Christianity. On judgment day I would not be standing anywhere near “brother” Ray.

I know this is an old video but it didn’t answer the question of what sharing the Gospel is. Gospel means Good News. So what is the Good News? It’s not going up to someone and just saying “Jesus loves you”. It’s not just sending Bible verses to people. The Good News is the fact that Jesus Christ died on a cross for our sins. It’s that He took on the wrath of God that we all deserve. It’s telling people that they are sinners in need of a savior and the only true savior is Jesus Christ. Yes it’s hard to do because people will hate you, Matthew 10:22 says, “And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.” Telling people to repent (turn away from their sins) and have faith in Jesus Christ as their savior is the Gospel message. When it comes to family and friends, they need to be told the tough fact of their rebellion against God as well even if you lose them. Luke 12:51-53 “Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division. For from now on in one house there will be five divided, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”
