the warnings have to happen in the ring after offences before points are deducted unless the foul was very severe, you clearly don't ever watch boxing youngster. And 2 points would never be taken for first offence such as these, it wasn't severe or frequent enough and KSIdiot was punching around back of head plenty of times.

Actually, other refs said, that taking two points away from ridiculous. But, Jack Reese broke the rules by taking a point away from Logan for holding the back of the head of KSI.
He broke the rules because a foul can not cause a knock down. Thus, by Reese ruling the knock down was legal (which he did) he can not take a point away for the knock down (which he did).
I understand that you KSI/Logan fans have no idea about the rules of boxing, but I break this down on my channel.
All and all both guys are trash at boxing and will never fight in the ring again.
@@ToneysReviews he originally took the 2 points for the punches behind the head actually so he considered (in live action) that the uppercuts were legit so the KO was too. But punching a man twice while he's down cost him the 2 points deduction (+he didn't count JJ KO on the 3rd which was legit actually so...)

The ref evened out the point deduction by adding 2 also so its like it never happened so without a doubt KSI won
I'm gonna explain this to you in perspective to the last time I ever heard of 2 points off in boxing was Mike Tyson biting Evander years of.
If you want to talk about warnings then in before every fight the ref says you can not punch after the bell and what did KSI do in the first match? Now I'm no dick-riding fan of either KSi or Logan but what I would consider a fair ending would be a draw. KSI was throwing most but was missing a lot of them and you can actually look at the stats and it is a fact that Logan hit him most.

Your inner ear relates to balance. Balance “knockdowns” aren’t “real” knockdowns.
Logan was stupid as fuck for “holding his hand behind his head” (fucking barely) on the 2nd uppercut, and the lovetap to the back of his head as he was falling and Logan was walking the opposite direction. If Logan didn’t have his hand behind his head and just let him fall; KSI wouldn’t have been given nearly 2 minutes to recover. He would have had the better part of maybe 10-30 seconds and Logan, seeing the opportunity to win, probably would have won.
Conclusion: Logan Paul’s stamina was much better in the Rematch, but he was likely lying about the severity of his “cold.” Therefore, although he threw less power punches and was mostly just conserving energy with point-jabbing, in a 3rd rematch, I think there’s little doubt that KSI’s scrappy-ness wouldn’t best him. For all the shit-talking there might be after this, Logan can just ask: “Hey what’s good? Rematch in a year or what big guy?” JJ (and his hardcore fans) would of course act like a majority draw-split decision fighting record between the 2 is some kind of final conclusion on who’s the better BOXER (it isn’t)

On top of that, he made fair and reasonable decisions. He didn't need to do this interview because as far as I could see, his decisions were correct, but hopefully this clears the air for anyone still in doubt.
Yeah, also, to be honest, JJ should’ve gotten a more of an easier win, especially after he won four of of six rounds. The judges confused me with that close score, I thought there’d be a bit more of a gap for JJs win.

KSIdiot was the dirtier, messier fighter...Logan Paul got excited after knocking him down, was adrenalin, not planned. And these type of fouls are frequent in boxing matches and don't get punished with points deductions and certainly not two points, Tyson was given two points off for biting Holyfield's ear off. I can tell you don't watch boxing as the referees decision was ridiculous, even other referees commentating said 1 point was enough. Logan lost because he was slow, gassed and passive for some reason...neither of them are fighters and Logan lacks killer instinct. KSIdiot's ego pulled him through, but not so difficult when your opponent isn't even throwing punches.

But imo if he would’ve boxed Logan like he tried too in the first fight it would’ve been over for him solely because of the height/reach advantage. He knew after the first fight he had to come out guns blazing. By throwing those wild hooks, he made Logan more cautious about being hit. Which is why he wasn’t as aggressive. One tap on the way down doesn't equal 3 minutes recovery time for JJ, and if that's how boxing works - just further solidifies why I won't be wasting my time watching this bs sport anymore.

Uncertainty (if JJ would have been able to: clinch, escape or counter following the FIRST, legal uppercut) along with clear infractions resulted in the ref to completely discredit the knock down and level the field (+2 for knock down and -2 for infractions)
I think this was fair, by the way Logan admitted intent in his post fight conference.

Now I understand the ref's judgement. Logan did three illegal actions. 1) he held on the jj's head during the second uppercut, 2) he attempted/ or hit ksi behind his head whilst he was falling. 3) he again hit ksi behind the head.
that doesn't result in a two point deduction for one phase of fighting, at most it would be a one point deduction...if all fights were officiated in that way, there would be no more boxing. Point deductions are rare except for particularly dangerous, outrageous or repeated fouls e.g. Mike Tyson was deducted 2 points for biting Holyfield's ear off, you think Loan Paul's action was equal to that do you? Rabbit punches, holding and hitting, hitting when down...happens all the time in boxing matches. It gets warnings and then single point deductions if repeated a few times.

Thats a triple negative ... He only made the whole situation even by giving him 2 points and deducting the 2 points .. So after his triple illegal move its like it never happened.

Also, the past is the past. Logan fought WAY more dirty in this one than KSI did in the last one. Also, KSI didn't fucking hold Logan's head and knock him the fuck down like Logan did. Logan is a dirty fighter who got lucky with this one, had he not done that, KSI would've won round 4, round 5 and round 6.

Not really. Since when does a knockdown count as -2 points? You lose 1 point for losing the round and one more if you get knocked down. The ref said he wanted to make it even, so "whoever wins that round, wins that round." Uhhhh if that were the case, why did Logan win that round and the round ended up being 8-8, making that round a draw? He should've only taken 1 point if he wanted to make it even. I guess the ref can't do maths either.

He also said it was -2 because he wanted to even the playing field. Taking -2 doesn't even the playing field, because even if logan wins the round, it's still a 8-8 round. He stated he wanted the winner of the round to come out ahead regardless of the knockdown and illegal blow. -1 would've evened out the playing field.
