It could be anything, you cannot just guess which part is bad.

in the process i have mixed up my screws and now don't know where they go is there any way you can help me please ?

Yes, it could damaged your mainboard. Please refer back to this video it shows exactly screw locations.

Well, there's your problem. I explain clearly with diagrams & layout. If you don't watch it and did not draw what I teach then you will have problems with what screws goes to where.
