    Ingredients:
    100g oats, powdered
    130g whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    300g ripe bananas (about 4-5 bananas)
    100g coconut oil, melted
    200g brown sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 tbsp vanilla extract

    For topping:
    Peanut butter
    Sliced bananas
    2 tbsp honey
    Instructions:
    Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 7-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
    Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, sift together the powdered oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
    Mash Bananas: In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add eggs, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
    Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
    Bake: Place the cake pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Cool: Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
    Topping: After cooling for 10 minutes, carefully remove the cake from the pan. Cut off the top part of the cake to create a flat surface. Spread a layer of peanut butter on top of the cake. Arrange sliced bananas on top of the peanut butter layer. Finally, drizzle honey over the bananas.
