I'm a music student and I'm betting that this bag would also be AMAZING for music students. A HUGE issue for many music students is their sheet music getting crushed in normal backpacks and bags but with the way this is made you would be able to keep it in a nice folder and everything would stay just where you left it! Wonderful video as always, thanks a million Sam!
As a student of music, you often have to have multiple different sets of sheet music for each class. You're also required to keep your sheet music looking nice and crisp to show your professionalism to your professor and classmates in general. The trouble with this is that it makes organizing the sheet music a total pain, you have different options but there's a lot of pros and cons to each of them, for example: All sheet music in one binder - This is the most common way to keep sheet music. The draw back of this is that you need to constantly be pulling the papers in and out of the protective sleeves (you often need to make marks on your sheet music) and it can easily rip the paper. It's also just frustrating in general to be fussing with a binder over and over again all day. Folders - Folders are awesome, I adore them, but there's just no way to keep all of your sheet music in one or two of them without it getting messed up and disorganized. You spend half of class panicking and trying to flip through papers to find the right sheet music, if you try to organize them with those sticky post-it note tab things then they can fall off or leave glue on your pages, I once had one take off part of a marking I put on the page and I missed a breathing cue. Individual folders - This I personally think is the best method even though it can get a little crazy with all the folders. Each set of sheet music has its own folder and that way it's nice and neat and you can even write the name of the song on the folder. The draw back of this is that you end up having up to 20 folders in your bag that are sliding all over and trying to make a bid for freedom from your backpack. If you unzip the backpack too much then they can all go sliding out all over the place, if you don't do it enough you can't get the folder out let alone find the correct one. The reason I was so excited about the bag in the review is that it's such a nice box shape, you can easily see what's inside, access it, stand the bag up on its own power, etc. and if you're flipping quickly through 20+ folders for the right sheet music that you forgot to pull out before rehearsals start then that bag is going to feel like a gift from the heavens because you don't need to spend more than a few seconds fussing with it. The one and only other system I've found that works with sheet music is not to use a bag at all, instead I use one of those plastic file boxes and it's worked the best for me thus far but it's HEAVY and super annoying to carry around. I hope this was helpful, thank you for asking me about it!

I have a visual impairment and an addiction to finding the best bag/rucksack for my day carry. This does not tick any of my boxes due to some features being missing that I feel should be standard for people with visual impairments. 1. Twin water bottle pockets so that one can be used to carry my white cane. 4. High contrast or glow in the dark zipper pulls.

On the basis of this great review, I just ordered the medium backpack. It’s just what I’ve been looking for. Maybe I can come visit Feeldom when I’m in Seoul next, probably in the fall of this year.
I love the backpacks! Do you think they would consider making an even smaller version? I prefer using backpacks to purses as they leave my hand free and equally distribute the weight. Even cross body bags are hard in the shoulders and still get in my way when walking with a cane. Thanks for showing such a useful product!
Hi, Heidi! Thanks for your design suggestion. We are looking into a messenger bag. Have you checked out our Chic Medium Tote? That works great as an adaptable shoulder bag.
Nice ack pack but two things that I thought of: one side of the pack should have an outside access to a water bottle instead of 4 small pockets. The second thing is SO important for low vision people like myself. The interior of all the bags need to be in white or a lighter color than black. I might as well be reaching into a giant well. Black has no depth perception to me or finding other dark covered things like glasses case or wallet. It’s not just this backpack that does this. 90% of women’s purses have a dark or black interior and I end up carrying a tan canvas makeup bag to be able to see things. Pill carriers, small bottles of Glaucoma drops, clear eye drops for dry eyes. The last 3 items are not for everyone, but two of them might be related to low vision( the eye drops) . Others may have small item that get lost in a black interior of any bag. Big or small. Is white nylon more expensive than black? Does anyone else have the same issues? Thanks.

Great video Sam. But I have to ask, why is everything so expensive? I became blind 2 years ago, and have tried to outfit myself with what I need. This bag would be great, but at $289.00 it’s way out of my range. I spent over $2,000.00 on Apple products to learn from, out of my pocket. Why not find us some help in getting these products so OUR lives are simpler and more convenient? Sorry, just a thought. Thanks
I made a whole video talking about why assistive devices are so expensive, I would recommend checking out that. The first half of the video was talking about the economics of assistive devices, while the second half was describing several ways to obtain them. I give several options for getting these products. You can search for the video here on UA-cam, search for why assistive technology is so expensive.
@@theblindlife The problem is, most of these products are NOT assisting devices, but are sold that way for the money. Any tactical backpack has the same features, including Molle webbing. They become assistive devices when you put Braille or colors on a Velcro patch, and add loops to zipper pulls. Not sure about your experience, but I’m also a Veteran, these so called assistive devices aren’t covered by insurance because of them NOT being an assistive device. It’s all word play. Do some videos that help the average Joe, that they can afford, that helps their daily life. Still great video.

Hi, Kong! Feeldom here. We agree that no one should go out with a wallet like that. However in the home, it's an easy way to keep track of it when you load up and check your keys, phone etc. We appreciate your feedback!
@@softkittystorytime4425 as a blind person I would suggest you install the hooks or at least one. inside. I am a forgetful person who is always in a rush and that would be a disaster for me on top of that I have 4 kids from 3-13 yrs. it is just a suggestion from being a parent
@@konglee2899 Thanks for getting into the details of what would work better. Your suggestions are great, and we will put some hooks and nooks into the upgrade! What works, too, is if the inside divider is removed, there is a thick ring of inner velcro which is perfect for sticking on those pouches, or your own velcro attachments.
Yeah, I more or less just threw that out as a suggestion of some thing you could clip to the backpack. You’re right though, I would never walk around with a wallet clipped to the outside.
WOW cost is absurdly prohibitive. Guess their only selling to rich disabled ppl. How unfortunate since a large portion of us live well below the poverty line and I’m sure that’s probably also true for Koreans . This is what pisses me off, any product they say is marketed for the disabled is 100x more expensive than even a regular high quality backpack. Not to mention my “regular” high quality backpack came with free shipping and lifetime warranty. They don’t say free shipping and only a five year warranty and I’m sure the buyer probably has to pay to ship it back. I have high quality backpacks and this goes exorbitantly above the price of any of them. Not to mention needing to also purchase the accessories additionally that make this bag more accessible and user friendly. I’d love to see a company do high quality disability products that an average and/or low income blind person could buy. Show me those products and then maybe I’d even tune into your videos more often lol. But most of what you promote is for those who are in atleast full time work at a decent middle upper class wage. Well and of course you get it all free so it’s not like talking about the financial impact of these expenses actually affects you. I’ve seen you mention side remarks about prices but that’s all. In this video you should have been upfront that this bag will totally cost over $400. Should have been the first thing out of your mouth if you cared more about the community than your viewer numbers. You literally do the same thing as these disability product companies that sell products but don’t list prices online or in ads, they’ll only tell you prices if you call them. Which is how they get you on the line to sink their teeth in and tell you how much better your life would be if you only remortgaged your house or spent your life savings on their product. Maybe I should create a go fund me so I can improve my quality of life lol. Corrupt and blatant price gouging. It’s cheap to make products in those countries. Look at all the things at places like Walmart that are made in Korea. So I’d love to see their profit margin on this bag. They have cheap labour, cheaper materials etc. Now if this bag was made in North America entirely, I’d be thinking this price is more appropriate, yet imo still price gouging.
We understand your point of view and appreciate your feedback. Our backpacks are, first of all, made by hand by our team of 3 people. Our website does share that we offer free shipping and free returns in the USA. While it may seem we're charging too much, you may be surprised at just how much effort and time it takes to make just one bag by hand! Our mission is simple -- we want to make something really nice quality for people with disabilities, and because our profit margins are extremely low, we make just enough to pay the makers and materials, shipping and packaging and office and workshop space. It's a thing with a small business like ours who refeuse to outsource to China like other big brands do -- but we believe our quality products are worth it. Another cool thing is that our website has some resources for getting financial assistance on purchases of FEELDOM gear, and we'd be happy to discuss these options with you!

Large- H 19 x W 14 x D 9 / Weight: 4.4 lb / Capacity: 50 Liters
Medium H 17 x W 17 x D 9 / Weight: 3.4 lb / Capacity: 43 Liters
From what I remember of the size of a binder, I would say yes, should be no problem.
The Medium is a little wider than the large, believe it or not, at WIDTH 17" x HEIGHT 17 "
Larges are WIDTH 14" x HEIGHT 19"
How much do they weigh?
Hi, Samantha. Hope this info. is helpful!
Large- Dimensions: H 19 x W 14 x D 9 / Weight: 4.4 lb / Capacity: 50 Liters
Medium*- Dimensions: H 17 x W 17 x D 9 / Weight: 3.4 lb / Capacity: 43 Liters
Do they have the candholder In a ABU Camo pattern
While we don't have camo-patterned material at the moment, we're coming out with Forest Green, Arctic White, and then later, Purple and maybe Bright Yellow!
@adminfeeldom7887 ok cool thanks
I’m interested in a bag please send me one
So, not made in America? Dang. You got a pimp out some merch from the US of a sir!
You are only talking about Samsung and Apple smart watch. If you are talking about more and more different smartwatch brands it would be very helpful to buy from us. Please tell us about another different smart watch brand.
Oh I thought of one other thing. What is the weight and dimensions of the bags. Thanks again.

*Medium does not have a laptop deck. Instead, the top lid opens directly into the upper main compartment.
Instead of side access openings on the upper main compartment, there are 2 vertical outer pockets suitable for holding a cell phone or smaller items.
I can't seem to find the website

We hear you. For the moment, we are making all of our gear by hand in our shop. We feel that outsourcing cheaper materials or foreign labor would compromise our dedication to quality. Our bags have a warranty of 5 years, wherein we can repair or replace your item, if need be. You can also subscribe to get notified of any special deals, and we hope you do :) Thanks!
@@feeldomofficialchannel5322 I don’t believe you will ever hear from me regarding one of your backpacks. I’m ex military and a retired FF/EMT and have several tactical bags that will suit my purpose. Yours is way too expensive , just by saying it’s for a disability, that it’s not feasible. Thanks for replying to my comment to The Blind Life, but it’s a hard no for me.
A smaller backpack for every day use cute and feminine
A hand sanitizer holder with brail would be nice 😊
@@ASAE-cv4xo Nice idea! Thank you for sharing
It does not need I tried to order it but that failed I am old-fashioned and use credit cards not palpate or stuff like that didn’t wanna take it
Thanks for your effort and persistence, Doug! We are glad to finally connect.
@@feeldomofficialchannel5322 I was successful. Thanks I’m using it today at work
@@MrBlinddoug Awesome! Thanks, we hope you love it!
@@adminfeeldom7887reply how about an orange color option for cross traffic or wilderness safety for the bag?
I wouldn’t tell anybody to clip a wallet on the outside of the bag
@@softkittystorytime4425 …nice item though
