Hello! Long time no see! I wanted to do monthly movement diary entries this year, but with a bigger focus on community. Originally the monthly videos were a way for me to motivate myself to train during the pandemic, despite being alone. This video features amazing movement from some of the most inspiring people I know. I am so lucky to call them my friends. Bryan and I will be the ring leader's this month, but don't be surprised if other names pop up this year.
