I still can't believe how epic Domonique's voice is wow! Her voice gets even better and better every time she's on!!! 14:22-15:15 omfg wow! She is the best Anna of all!👌👌🙌 This Elsa isn’t the best... the best Elsa is either Donna or Katharine.
Dominique is incredible. This is THEATRE!!! I love seeing eschewed racial boundaries in theatre. She's an amazing Anna through and through, and deserves so much love and recognition!!
I really like this Kristoff. He's so earnest and protective and we need more Disney guys like him. I love him and Anna together. I feel like this is the best version of Frozen and they should make a play of the second one.
No problem...that's what my UA-cam channel is for: letting people watch either ride POVs or shows at Disneyland they cannot see live! Enjoy the Frozen Live videos 👍

Im really not sure how I feel about Anna. I love that Disney has chosen to do this and as its a Broadway style show that can get away with alotmore, but at the same time the character already has a distinct look in the film and parks and this changes it.
Nat's Life but the African American Anna, which is Dominique(her real name) is a bad ass singer and performer and honestly every time I go to Disney I hope to see her there as Anna. She's simply the best.
I applaud Disney for racial diversity and impartiality and in setting an example for the rest of us in racial acceptance, but that said. The character of Anna was depicted as a girl/woman of the Cacasian race. Small children have to no sence of reality and fantasy. To some of the very young ones, the characters they see in the movies are real, as alive as they are. When they see them in reality in a disney theme park in this sort of venue, or meeting them, if a character introduced as one race is introduced to them as another, it confuses them. How do you explain to a four year old that in the movie Anna was caucasian but in real life she's AA? If they see the show on another day, Anna might be Caucasian again. Are you going to say that the real Anna was sick that day so the AA one substituted for her? Ia that excuse going to work everytime.
plus i think it's time you explain to them what actors are lol. im not saying ruin the magic but i understood that disney princesses had voice actresses. my copy of the little mermaid vhs had an interview in it with jodi benson and she talked about doing arials voice and that helped me understand the concept.
Not empirically true, hon. I was asked to do an Elsa appearance last minute at a daycare. I'm dark skinned and, let's say, "thicker" than the original Elsa. They saw white hair in a braid, a lovely blue dress and a girl who sang "Let It Go" and "When We're Together." All I had to do was walk in and 4 little girls (1 white, 1 asian and 2 afro-hispanic) ran up to me, said "Hi Elsa!" and would NOT stop hugging my leg. (Allegedly a rule in Disney parks is that the Princess cant let go of the kid, the KID decides when the hug is over so there was a lot of hugging that night). To say that children in general aren't flexible/smart enough in this regard is not empirically true not just because I, a small time actress/singer was able to do this with no one questioning why Elsa is suddenly black now but more due to the fact that every kid in that audience accepted the casting and this show lasted quite a while. And yes, some of those kids had been to Disneyworld/land and seen the "real" Elsa. Didn't question my race once; didn't even show a shadow of doubt. Just wanted me to sing and read stories till 9pm.
Does it even matter? If parents teach their children that race doesn’t matter in any aspect of life then there won’t be a problem. As Michael Jackson says it doesn’t matter if you’re black or white. We’re just people at the end of the day
This Anna is everything! Those pipes!

I like Anna's singing voice.
OMG. Taylor Boldt & Dominique Paton’ the best pairing of Hans and Anna. Chelsea Franko was funny’ with Jeff as “the DUKE!”

i don't think kids would be interested long enough to listen to the explanation lmao
