I love the Anna and Elsa! I think this is the same Elsa that had the costume Problem during Let It Go (Another performance)
The famous let it go fail is by Andrea Laxton. The only fails Donna had with the coustume were the late transformation right after the light came on, may 28, 2016 and the stuck collar occurred years after you wrote this. 😂

That show had some mechanical difficulties before the show started.

Oh wow! The staircase didn't come out during Let it Go
MegaSoulhero Yeah, I guess it was broken that day...still, quite interesting to see how the CMs improvised the scenes w/out it.
The sets may not have been working that day, but she did a great job with Let it Go. I'll bet her improvisation got her stares from the audience. I loved the "Elsa Walk" with arms extended just like in the movie.
