      Nice video content! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Schallingora Smart Business Scheme (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome one off product for stopping your painful shin splints minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy after many years got great results with it.

    I just competed in the Ironman world championship and have been recovering from a very painful lower shin injury from the race that I haven’t experienced before. I didn’t think it was shin splints… but apparently it is. Question answered.

    My boyfriend have those symptoms of shin splint and he is a basketball player how can he cure that he got so much pain when it attacks

      I was playin earlier and every shot hurt but im 16 so idk if thats bad or not

    I have pain in the outside leg I can't even run or walk fast if I do it gets heated up and swelling im suffering this from one year please tell me a solution doc please !

    Low VITAMIN D in my opinion is a big factor in developing shin splints
    your bones need to repair and rebuild and with a low vit D they WON'T .. so no matter what you do it won't heal unless you take VIT D
    also barefoot running shoes made a difference by allowing the feet to move naturally while running or walking

      Nezar Ammari You synthesize sufficient vitamin D within your body by getting 15 min of sunlight on your hands and face every day. Not only that, but vitamin D doesn't repair bones.

      Ben, you are both incorrect and inaccurate.
      Where did you get that info that you synthesize sufficient vit D in 15 min of exposure??! and does it apply for people like me who live so far north that even in the Summer we don't get proper sun exposure??
      After six month of no sun in the winter here you might have ZERO vit D and I know because I did test and it was so close to (0).
      As for your second incorrect fact, the link between vit D and bone health is well established and you know it. read more on Rickets and (Osteomalacia) and you will agree with me for sure.
      To end with, I only suggested it is a factor in this condition (which I suffered with personally and improved significantly after the D supplement), it won't hurt if people are aware of it.

      Nezar Ammari vitamin D is necessary for your body to utilize calcium which is used for bone health. You need vitamin D or you cannot absorb calcium. This is why calcium vitamins or supplements often come with vitamin D.

      Yeah my Doc said I'm low on vit D and I was doing vertical jump workouts. So I just need some rest and more sunlight

      It is a great one off guide for getting rid of shin splints minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 got cool results with it.
