Another great video! I wondered in those 'rest periods, are we seeing hippocampal activity as weare consciously "thinking"/reflecting on the task (even if we step away)..or is the taking a break literally 'not thinking on' the prior task at all?
so if my goal is to study for 5 hours id be more effective if i m doing pomodoros instead of the usual long sessions, and probably doing soemthing light in the breaks ? just guessing based on the conclusions

I think it's undoubtedly the former. Pretty amazing implications.
