I used the bi colour version with DOP José Louis Alcaine on Domino directed by Brian De Palma , the advantage is you can remove the soft panel and you can get the crispy look of fluorescent light .so we had a standard package of 16 units on this production , the head very light to rig .. very flexible light !
Very cool! If you have Behind The Scenes stills or video you are allowed to share, I would be happy to showcase your work for others to learn from and appreciate. You could send to: lseerveld@gmail.com if you are willing and able:)
I've own 2 of their Minis (bi color) for 3yrs and they have been fantastic to replace my divas, better skin tone too. Their after sale service here in Toronto is fantastic.
Hi Zahi, we are located in Lyon. 2 hours by train south of Paris. You are more than welcome to come and visit us. Let us know when you make plans and we will host you well !
Hey, Luke sorry we couldn't talk as I was heading out from the show that Saturday but it looked like you had a big group around you at the exit and I didn't want to take any time away from them. That Saturday was crazy packed and I think next year I'm going on a Friday like I usually do since I heard it wasn't like that then. Great video and I'm sure I'll see at the next event or when I get a job again in your neck of the woods.😎
May I had Rosco had a strong presence in Asia. Our lights are available in many rental houses across the Asian continent. Get in in touch with Yann Robard ! He is your guy.
I didn’t, but the Maxi-Switch (previous model) was in the $5K range, I believe, so that could be in the ballpark for the double Maxi Mix unit with the yoke... If anyone knows a real number, please chime in!
Hi Marcelo, approx list price Mini Mix (100W): 2500 USD SL1 Mix (200W): 3200 USD Maxi Mix (360W): 5500 USD Each unit includes all the tech mentioned in this video: wifi/bluetooth/wired&wireless DMX, RDM. The app (myMIX) is free 👊🏻
Drawing 2000w, 320w per unit. Watts mean something different whether tungsten, HMI or LED, but do not necessarily correspond to a particular amount of output. As a stand alone measure it can be misleading when comparing fixtures, especially when it comes to Kelvin tunable units because watts at a particular color temp may vary as well, depending on manufacturer.
@@meetthegaffer Yes it's not an accurate way to get a sense of output, but as you know, many people still compare LED fixtures to popular Tungsten or HMIs, and still don't specifying the softness or spread added either, making it even more questionable. But, that is why I asked as I wasn't sure! Thanks for clarifying & appreciate the insight to this product.

When he says over 2k watts of light (6bank through the larger diff) ..Does he mean EQUIVELENT or it's actually drawing that much?
