If you don’t know that IAS , IPS are most corrupt in Indian Administration than you are in other world. If someone from your family is working in govt sector then he will tell you truth of this British left corrupt post. Bhai sabka monthly amount fix hota hai govt tenders and works se. The root cause is Glorification and unfettered power and privileges to Civil Services which results into inefficient Bureaucracy.If the root cause is taken care, then the side effects like promoting the private coaching institutes by selected candidates entering Bureaucracy or on govt. jobs, shall be automatically withered away.
