I'm from Himachal...last month on 9th of July I visited pwonlyias office regarding coaching at all......I opted for online batch. In my opinion it's really hard to survive in Delhi.....huge crowd, pollution,foul air, so much unhygienic conditions....that time I realised not only hilly areas of HP but whole Himachal is paradise ❤. Online is far better than Delhi's offline coaching.
I had also taken online batch of PW but from last 1 month I regret that I should go in offline classes ,but after hearing that types of news ,I think I am taking right decision.
Sir I can't afford any coaching or nearest city like Lucknow or kanpur,I have to become an IAS officer I come from a small village of UP from Bundelkhand area however I am facing many dificulties such as no one is preparing for this exam ,I have no good background I completed all my education till BA in hindi medium but all these problems will be defeated by me I have hopes I claim that I would be a future IAS come what may. I know it's really a kind of joking ,many guys will say but no only IAS Naukri can make me feel safe ❤❤❤❤❤

@@pragyasoni5530 Right dear. Even my story is something peculiar. I decided to prepare for the civil exam and quit the job, and moved away from Delhi to Lucknow. Mostly what aspirants do is to reside in Delhi or go to Delhi and take enrollments in coaching but I did the opposite. I decided not to join any coaching and prepare by myself only. Last year's attempt was good even though the paper was too hard, passed the GS paper (pre) and failed in CSAT.😞

Industrial area side itna problem nhi hota hai.. Majorly Old Rajendra Nagar and Mukharjee Nagar side(jahan govt. job aspirants jaate hain taiyari k liye aur jahan inke coaching hain) udhar ye saari problems bahut jyada hain..

sansthan sabke hain teachers aapko alag milenge, wo nahi milenge jo youtube par dikhte hain. Lekin teachers wo bhi qualified hote hain aur achhe hote hain. Lucknow mein jagah jagah banners dikh jayenge aapko Drishti IAS, PWIAS, etc. in sab sansthano ke.
Yes sir, I'm from Bhubaneswar, I don't feel like missing out on anything except for a test series centre for UPSC which a Library could provide too. In terms of materials, it's in abundance. Aur maahol is very subjective.

Preparing fron home, I live with my grandfather and has a seperate room. Giving mains this year. I don't understand why you all go to Delhi? Lucknow centres are much better. In Lucknow we have all Delhi like facilities. Although exam nikalne ke Kahi jane ki jrurat nahi. My neighbour Aishwaryam Prajapati (AIR10) Cleared upsc without going anywhere. Please let me know if anyone has any doubt about preparing from home!
My humble request to all upsc aspirants plz don't go to delhi if r still in delhi plz #leave as soon as possible many toppers have preferred online coaching and got good rank..delhi is a hell not educational City without going to Delhi you can become #IAS it's pretty much sure #Leave #Delhi
I have experienced the same thing, landlord have no heart, they are charging unnecessarily rent and not even taking but also they have the strategy that no aspirant should live more than 6 months, so that they will hike the rent for the new people. Government should regulate this business.

Opting online/hybrid mode of coaching is far better than offline... Mine personal experience is really good, i mean u can adjust classes and all accrdg to u, the time of up down also u can utilize in any way, the most precious money earned by ur parents will get saved a little more, less pressure less fomo lesser distractions , u can enjoy focusing on your self only side by side compteting with others through online tests What else u need? Pdhne wale bacche ke liye environment matter nhi krta bs ek kr lene ki determination hi kafi hai.

Going Delhi is just an act of fomo from students perspective, people used to think that if they are not going to Delhi, they will be behind the competition, situation in orn is entirely different, sub standard student used to come, and got stuck in rat race, with no end or relief in sight

Pehle log delhi iss liye jaate the kyuki uss waqt zaroori tha but aaj time change ho chuka hai... Aaj digitisation aur tech ki help se coaching aapke mobile mei, aapke ghar hai... Sir, there several reason people live in Delhi inspite of such poor condition 1. Romanticization of 3rd class service : in Village or even in orn people use to say "kichad se hi Kamal nikalta h" and this is further propagated by movies like 12th fail 2. For non serious people Delhi is freedom from disciplined or regulatory home conditions. 3. Delhi is also a gateway to get some exposer for some candidates 4. Romanticization of life around a place ; Result Lena h to ORN and mukharjee nagar hi jana padega ...propagated by web series like aspirants. 5. Delhi is status symbol: some parents feels that it's status symbol to send children to expensive city like Delhi. Baki aap bta sakte h
I went there on 10th July but I returned on the same day by evening train ( obviously the returning fare was 2x, but lout jana acha tha). I went to vaji*** for enquiry and then for optional enquiry. There was a broker's office he first asked me about my budget then he told me 12km dur lelo 😂, because my budget was(12k)still i roamed around went to Patel nagar,Laxmi nagar but room hi nhi psnd aaya Jo mile wo acha nhi jo acha hai wo costly. Phir bahr ek parathe ka stall dikha rate -100 me 2 paratha 😢. Phir ek baat smjh aagyi isse ghtiya jgh koi nhi ho skti hai preparation ke liye 🥺, because pdhne se jyada hr month yhi tension lga rhega ki 30-35k pay krna hai. Phir bhi i was scared ki mummy ko kya bolunga ek hi din me jake aara hu?? But my mother is really supportive she understood that I'm not feeling good there , mummy boli:" kismat me ghar se hi bnna likha hai". Trust me guys the most worst place is this ,na to proper cleanliness tha rooms ka na kuch . But ek hi baat bolna chahunga to all my fellow brothers and sisters: ho ske to ghr se hi pdho online hi pdho.

@@pragyasoni5530 Right dear. Even my story is something peculiar. I decided to prepare for the civil exam and quit the job, and moved away from Delhi to Lucknow. Mostly what aspirants do is to reside in Delhi or go to Delhi and take enrollments in coaching but I did the opposite. I decided not to join any coaching and prepare by myself only. Last year's attempt was good even though the paper was too hard, passed the GS paper (pre) and failed in CSAT.😞
Lucknow is anyday better than Delhi in terms of quality of living.
Delhi is a shithole for tenants, especially students.

I don't understand why you all go to Delhi? Lucknow centres are much better. In Lucknow we have all Delhi like facilities. Although exam nikalne ke Kahi jane ki jrurat nahi. My neighbour Aishwaryam Prajapati (AIR10) Cleared upsc without going anywhere.

Sir, there several reason people live in Delhi inspite of such poor condition
1. Romanticization of 3rd class service : in Village or even in orn people use to say "kichad se hi Kamal nikalta h" and this is further propagated by movies like 12th fail
2. For non serious people Delhi is freedom from disciplined or regulatory home conditions.
3. Delhi is also a gateway to get some exposer for some candidates
4. Romanticization of life around a place ; Result Lena h to ORN and mukharjee nagar hi jana padega ...propagated by web series like aspirants.
5. Delhi is status symbol: some parents feels that it's status symbol to send children to expensive city like Delhi.

I went there on 10th July but I returned on the same day by evening train ( obviously the returning fare was 2x, but lout jana acha tha).
I went to vaji*** for enquiry and then for optional enquiry.
There was a broker's office he first asked me about my budget then he told me 12km dur lelo 😂, because my budget was(12k)still i roamed around went to Patel nagar,Laxmi nagar but room hi nhi psnd aaya Jo mile wo acha nhi jo acha hai wo costly.
Phir bahr ek parathe ka stall dikha rate -100 me 2 paratha 😢.
Phir ek baat smjh aagyi isse ghtiya jgh koi nhi ho skti hai preparation ke liye 🥺, because pdhne se jyada hr month yhi tension lga rhega ki 30-35k pay krna hai.
Phir bhi i was scared ki mummy ko kya bolunga ek hi din me jake aara hu??
But my mother is really supportive she understood that I'm not feeling good there , mummy boli:" kismat me ghar se hi bnna likha hai".
Trust me guys the most worst place is this ,na to proper cleanliness tha rooms ka na kuch .
