Ingredients:
For cake
Oil- 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
All Purpose Flour 1.5 cup(190 Gm)
Vanilla Custard powder - 1/2 cup (50 Gm)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1 cup &2 tbsp
For Custrad Milk -
Milk 350 ml & 1/4 cup(60 ml)
Custard powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2.5 tbsp or as per taste
For Cream
Cream - 1 cup(250 ml)
Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp
For Garnishing
Pistachios - finely Chopped(optional)
I tried exactly same recipe ratio and honestly it came out so well. I surprised my hubby on his bday. He likes desi taste he told me it looks like Rabdi cake. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Recommended to my friends and family 🤩🥳

Only the cream took a while to get peaks as the cream I used had less fat content than regularly required for whipped cream. So requesting you to kindly make a video on whipped cream also. Kusha Jain ohh so you are asking about oven.. yes preheat the oven 180 degree for 10 mins , then bake it in in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 mins
