Yes sorry. We will have some smaller scale filling equipment that will make it easier for home brewers to fill can's automatically soon so this will at least be a good option for you soon.

Man - I was SO exited to find this! - We are "that" customer running thousands of cans with a soda gun and a cannular pro - Was looking to grab one but looks like the price jumped way up! - now its more comparable to all of the other machines available here in the states. I trust the cannular name though!
I think our machine still represents good value and in Australia it's less than half the cost of the closest competitor. Hopefully as we manufacture more of these we can continue to reduce the cost though. As you know we do our best to ensure all our products are sold as competitively as possible.

Haha. It's a reasonable size investment for a home brewer but I would not be surprised if we get some avid brewers buy one of these.
Curious from interest, how much dinero por una unity? And how many canned heat it will seal per hour wasted in soberness?
@@elfillari We are selling this machine for AUD$20k per machine. It will seam about 15 cans per minute at max fill/seam rate
Great looking unit, I’m sure it is attractive to some small breweries. Now….what would be super desirable is an automatic PakTech can carrier applicator. Going rate is $30k+ for a simple bit of kit.
We will have a look at this. This is quite a high price for such a simple machine.
Looks interesting. I'm sure there's been a hoge amoutn of effort gone into creating it. Looks like it spills a fair bit of beer when it's pushed to the pnuematic tale. Can the jerkiness be reduced by lowerign the air pressure?
Yes all the movements for the air cylinders have needleve valves in and out. So if you want to make it smoother you can adjust these knobs. I should say it also looks a bit jerky as we slowed the video down to a very low speed and we probaly should have shot at a higher framerate.

I'm planning to use it for sparkling wine. Do you think there would be any obstacles for this? And would you recommend any saturator or chiller for the set?
Yes that will work fine. The amount of sulfur in some wines is a bit high that it's not suitable with some can coatings so please check your can supplier if they are using a suitable coating for wine. The machine itself will work for sparkling wine fine.

I am very interested in purchasing one. Yes it's cheaper than other competitors, but I haven't seen any review of the product, so a bit scared of coughing up AUD 19k for it. Any updated model or attachments coming soon?
We have sold quite a few of these already and also started to export them overseas too. If you are prepared to travel we can probably find a brewery with one of these that you can look at. At the end of the day if it doesnt work you can return it but we have not had a single return so far.
We are also working on a rotary can feeder and then once that is finished we will also start to sell a labelling machine too.
@@KegLand Any thoughts on making it with a counter pressure filler? Might help with filling speed, especially for highly carbonated/foamy beers.

@@indiekiduk Yes the maximum fill speed based on 330ml cans is 15cans per minute. I should say you have to have everything tuned perfectly to get up to this level and have the beer very cold. Most of the time I have used the machine I have found the machine much easier to setup at 8 CPM. The faster you go the more perfectly tuned and timed you need to setup the unit.

Yes
Does this work for carbonated and still soft drinks too?
Generally speaking it's not common to put still drinks into cans. With that said this machine can fill and seam the can anyway but you are probably not using the most efficient packaging for the job. For instance cans can handle top loading but without pressure in the can it will derate how high you can stack boxes of cans as they are weaker with no preassure inside.

Will this machine be able to can nitrogen infused beer?
Yes as long as you are pre-infusing the nitrogen that is no problem. This type of machine doesn't dose nitrogen into the beer but if the nitrogen is already in solution it will fill this type of beverage no problem.

Yes absolutely.

Ball make many different can types so it depends which type you are talking about. They have different can diameters and different lid types. In order for us to answer the question we need to know what what specific parts you want to use in combination with each other.

yes no problem at all. You have heaps of adjustment in the table height on this model.
