It must be tougher for an actress like her who was once considered one of the sexiest actresses on TV. She is so brave to step out there and not retreat out of the world out of fear of people's judgments.

Sydney is much more quiet, shy, awkward, and with a lot of insecurity issues but still possesses the potential to be a strong and confident leader. Season 2 definitely showed more of her backstory but there’s still more to explore with her character in the future. It’s a slow burn but it could potentially develop into something amazing and I’m confident that Ayo will knock it out of the park when the show is ready to give her stronger material to work with!

Love it! I was diagnosed with MS in 1994…first semester of my senior year in high school. I had encephalitis (inflammation of the brain). I actually had that when I was 10 and almost died. They thought I'd be in a vegetative state the rest of my life cuz I had to relearn everything: walking, talking, counting, my ABCs, telling time. EVERYTHING. But it took awhile to diagnose and I was acting weird, not sleeping, having grand mal seizures, normal sounds would hurt my head so bad I'd scream, showing regressive behavior, I'd get violent. It was bad. I was in icu for 28 days and a private room for over a month after that and 24 hr private duty nurses for several months after that. I went to a seminar several years ago that suggested that my immune system had to fight so hard it never figured out how to calm back down, thus the MS, an autoimmune disease. But there haven’t been enough people with both. Now I have the MS, chronic migraine, post concussion syndrome and a syncope disorder doctors can’t find the root cause of. But you have to fight and self-advocate and find/make your joy and silver linings wherever you can. Let yourself cry. Have a dark and twisted sense of humor. And it’s great to see celebs like Christina and Selma Blair doing just that and shining a light 💡 on this life-altering disease.

The problem is, “The Bear” chose not to petition themselves into Drama categories because they have a better chance at winning in the Comedy categories.
