Maybe skins for killers as the Scooby Doo villains. Similar to the Resident Evil skin for Blight. But it’s a stretch.

My most wanted license is The Shining, mostly because the map would be amazing and having Jack Nicholson shouting "Heeeere's Johnny" would be a dream come true.
As much as I would love The Shining idk how they could incorporate Jack without him being a copy of someone like The Oni. The Overlook Hotel would be a fantastic map tho and I'd imagine his chase music would sound similar to the film's uncomfortable soundtrack

An Outlast collab would be awesome, since there's so many things they can pull from for it. Chris Walker would be an awesome killer with a very clear identity, and Mount Massive would be just an awesome setting for a map. And, as strange as it sounds, if they really wanted to come from left field, there's Jacket from Hotline Miami.

Yeah id LOVE to see Outlast but sadly its just a bit too niche to be super likely, one day though hopefully. Theyd probably do Chris Walker as the killer and possibly some other legendary skins for him.

14:35 Vecna also works cause during the Halloween event they did the portal idea. Which for those who don’t know by interacting with them would take you to another dimension. So with that Vecna and the survivor being able to go to the upside down or his realm he drags people into can work.

6:54 This is something I commented on a satisfaction survey, BHVR seems willing to collaborate with big unrelated things (PUBG, FH, Cage, etc) but not so much with smaller horror titles. It's good if their view on that has changed.
I HATE that they did PubG and Rainbow Six, that Tony Hawk was considered, and that John Wick is on their polls, while culty actually-horror licenses like Return of the Living Dead and X/Pearl and Pan's Labyrinth and Buffy have nothing (just off the top of my head -- there are literally hundreds of possibilities). Prioritizing temporary attention and short-term sales at the cost of DBD's identity will be their undoing, if they're not careful. I give Nic Cage a pass, because he's been in horror movies, the premise is the Fog took him while on the set of his latest horror movie, and Cage is already a very meta figure. But yeah, I don't want a single other "celeb" survivor, unless you count the likes of Elvira and Job Bob Briggs, who's status as a celeb IS horror. People talk about wanting Jenna Ortega in the game -- how about instead we get Wednesday and/or her Scream character and/or her X character in the game with her likeness rights? PLZ??? Include "featuring Jenna Ortega as...' in the marketing if you want, sure, whatever, go for it, but keep the core horror values of DBD in tact.

The thing starts off as a husky with a temporary speed boost, extra limbs popping out of it's face and sides. When it hits a survivor, it stops in it's tracks and begins shifting into the survivor hit. Once transformed, he looks just like the survivor with a small marking that is at a different place everytime. He gets bonus movement speed towards his clone survivor but otherwise is as fast as a survivor without sprint. His ability can be to change into a different injured survivor to play mind games with the real survivors.
As cool as that would be, there's no way to make it balanced for soloque survivors and with friends

Also they’re releasing a blank hockey mask but that doesn’t really mean anything cause it’s just a blank, but Jason goes to hell caught my eye, that means they got the license for one of the Jason’s

I think pennywise is actually off the table till Stephen decides to license him out again.
The “use it or lose it” period that Behavior could have gotten that license and released it was back around September. Unless they are housing him for the anniversary event on purpose, which could be a possibility. Very unlikely though unfortunately.

@@ThePlushpaw would be hell, bc there is a standard amount of gens every map has, being able to do only some gens every time would make it easier for the killer to protect them, not to count if a survivor is doing a gen and then the entrance to that gen gets blocked theres nothing the killer can do to avoid them from doing it, the map would have a lot of potential for new mechanics but I think bc of the lore it would be hard to implement them well

- Predator, because Alien
- Vecna, because there's no way in hell they'd get Stranger Things back and the deal would only be for what they already made to come back.
-Springtrap, because at some point the devs are going to reach the point where they say "FINE! HERE! NOW SHUT UP ALREADY!"
-The Windegoes (Until Dawn) they're literally making a whole new game for DBD. Having an actual chapter is the least they could do. That said, maybe they could save the Windego concept for an original chapter, but the Until Dawn version is one nobody would have issues with. It's just a matter of SONY finally sharing.
Personally, I'm pulling for Bendy. He's getting a whole movie. Why not a DBD chapter too?
Wendigos might be more difficult than it seems, the until dawn devs don't have the license to it (i believe), but Sony does. And their other spiritual successors for until dawn might not have the most memorable killers yet, but possibly they can get the license still.
Edit: Oh, that got covered in the video. The possible new version might be quite exciting news for me!
@magnusamann6806 I literally said in my comment that it all depends on Sony finally deciding to share. Hell, they're making an Until Dawn movie apparently... Which is stupid since the game is basically just an interactive movie as is, but whatever. I feel like it's a waste for them to keep it exclusive. I know plenty of people who would happily buy it if they added Until Dawn to steam. Myself included. So until the time comes when Sony decides to share, it's just money sitting on the table. (Funny enough they DID sneak some Until Dawn content into DBD already. Kate has an outfit that's literally the same as one of the UD characters, just without the official license acknowledged.
At this point I maybe do want springtrap just so the fnaf fanboys can shut up and play him. And I'm a killer main so I'll never need to play against them
@danielf1833 same here. I'm not a fnaf fan but I want Springtrap added so that people would STOP. ASKING. FOR HIM. Everytime something new is announced the fnaf theorists and fans come crawling out the woodwork. So if they DID just add him they could finally move on to other licenses.

We Happy Few would be my favourite chapter if it was added.
Arthur with voicelines would be hilarious and walking around as a 7 foot tall police officer would be funny as all hell and the gameplay could be inspired from the mode where you can play as a bobby known as The Night Watch.
A Dead Space Survivor Paragraph would be sick, getting to have a squad of Leon, Issac, Bill, and Ash would be cool as fuck.
I would love Valak from The Nun/The Conjuring in the game.

We already have Nemesis, Pyramid Head and Ghostface in the game...but if I had to choose more licenses, my impossible 3 would be R.E.C, Haunting Ground and Little Nightmares.
ahhh Haunting Ground. One would hope if that niche license ever came into DbD that Capcom would be willing to entertain a proper sequel to the game as well!
As awesome as Little Nightmares would be, I can only see that potentially working as a Killer-only Paragraph. Six, Mono, and any other potential survivor are simply too damn small, unfortunately, as much as I would absolutely *love* to play as them and would immediately become a Six main.
I don't think Little Nightmares world and style fits into DBD the proportions and scaling would be too bizarre. I could see a few character outfits being a thing though but not as their own characters

Hi, I just wanna point out something in this video, I’ve been a fnaf fan for years and years. And from what Scott’s done in the past when there’s leaks, it fits Scott’s character to just tell the UA-camrs to react to the video. I don’t think there are any collaborations in the works at Fortnite or dbd for a fnaf collab. But the fact that Scott is letting more and more indie studios use his license for games does give me hope that we could see a fnaf collab some time in the future.

2 months late to this but isn’t Finney 13 in the movie? dbd has a thing where all characters have to be 18 and it would be weird to have a 13 yr old, there is suzie from the legion though who is said to be 16 but idrk if she is or not for sure lolol. (The black phone is such a good movie though would love to see it in *some* sort of way).
Beyond Licenses, I'd love to see a mannequin killer based on the mannequins from Shelter Woods rework.
I can imagine it being just literally possessed, solid white mannequins just standing around the map. As the killer, you could teleport to any one of the mannequins to take control of it directly and move around. If you leave a mannequin in a place, it can block survivor movement, but survivors would be able to interact with mannequins to move them out of the way.
After transferring to a new mannequin, the killer gets undetectable until they move so they can be stealthy and catch survivors off guard.
At the same time, there could even be a red-light green-light mechanic where if you're being watched by a survivor for long enough while moving and not in chase, you're forced to stand still, though long periods of being stared at break the stun, and you can still always just switch mannequins.

What are your thoughts on licensed maps at some point, maybe with comestic sets rather than killers? Would personally love Overlook Hotel (Shining), Monroeville Mall (Dawn of the Dead), and Universal Studios Backlot (Psycho set, Classic Monsters Warehouse sets)
Ok first, they HAVE to be aware of the rabid want for Springtrap, and I see no reason Scott wouldn't agree to it, and he's done some other collabs pretty recently. I won't be surprised if he comes out this year. Also the Blumhouse connection between Scott/BHVR that exists.
Second: Scooby-Doo would go so hard, and the killer should be the Space Kook, he can just grab a survivor for 15s or something after doing so and so, and have some kind of chase ability and give knight a knight skin

I've been looking at/listening to a few fan-made concepts and chase music tracks for unlikely DbD killers, characters from less popular series or that aren't directly horror but at least horror adjacent, and some of them seem like at least decent ideas. Alastor from Hazbin Hotel, Monokuma from Danganronpa, Lucy from Elfen Lied. Do I think they have a chance? Not compared to giants like Jason, Negan, Vecna, or Springtrap, but they would at least be good for throwing in a few weird picks as a break from the big names.

I would love to see Theresa "Tree" Gelbman from Happy Death Day as a standalone survivor chapter, at the very least. Maybe if Fun World and the cretors of the baby face mask were okay with it a mask for Ghost Face, but that's secondary to Tree. Just imagine her having spent all those times rewinding her death, suddenly she's in the Entity's Realm, and it's happening all over again?
But even then, Robin Buckley from Stranger Things is still my #1... So I hope you are right, Vecna with Robin as a survivor (don't care what other survivors come with her, as long as we get her!)
Remember back in 2020 seeing teasers for the twins jumping up and down thinking we were getting until dawn. Let's just saw I was very disappointed😂.

As a life long horror fan, I can confirm that Friday the 13th’s legal limbo has been a long-standing meme in my community so it’s not surprising that the lads at Behavior would have trouble getting licensing for it. If the Chucky release does well and the gameplay is optimized enough for it, I’d actually like to see them do Puppet Master/Demonic Toys since Full Moon doesn’t get the love it deserves. Maybe even a Castle Freak.

There aren't a lot of hugely major licenses left, tbo. I'll actually be more excited when Behavior finally DOES "grab any willing license holder". Most of the smaller ones would likely be in the form of Legendarys, and I'm cool with that. They just need to increase the perceived value of Legendary to improve sales -- adding Legendarys you own to the Character-Select screen would be a great, and easy way to do that -- encouraging "collectors" to give Legendary purchases more serious thought, and enable players to truly display this Hall of Fame of Horror. All you have to do is look at how players are addicted to expanding their Fortnite lockers to see this idea in motion.
My dream is everything horror and horror-adjacent is on the table, at least in Legendary form. We're all debating Stranger Things vs Walking Dead vs FNAF, and those would all be exciting chapters, but I'm sure most of us have our personal culty favorites we don't even bother discussing, because we think it's off the table. That's nonsense. Especially now that Behavior has said they are exploring the idea of getting licenses they can only get for limited periods of time (clearly that would be as Legendarys). I want Buffy, the X/Pearl trilogy, Trash and Tarman from Return of the Living Dead, Pale Man from Pan's Labyrinth, just off the top of my head, and I'm sure each and every player has their own similar wish list that wouldn't realistically be a full chapter.
My dream is also that literally every original killer that is released has a Legendary license that goes along with it, and Legendary survivors should be coming out every couple weeks. So far every Legendary Survivor has been part of a license that already had a chapter (Resident Evil, Silent Hill), but there is no reason they can't do what they did with CryptTV and come out with licensed Legendarys for original survivors (like that Tom Clancy nonsense, but PLEASE lets stick to horror/horror-adjacent for now on). Hell, it doesn't even MATTER who they Legendary off of with survivors -- I don't care if Buffy is a Legendary for Meg or Claudette, I just want to give Behavior more money. But I'm here for celebrating the horror genre, not trying on another Feng cosmetic.

Supernatural, Leprechaun, Hills Have Eyes, Wrong Turn, and probably Outlast, would be considered culty (obscure) compared to every licensed chapter so far. Would I welcome each and every one of them? 100% yes! I'm a horror fan, and welcome any and all. Tbo I'd pay $100 just for an accurate-to-movies Shining map.
There are only a handful of big licenses (you listed most of them, I'd add Terminator and Conjuring Universe to it) that are as universally famous as the chapters we've already gotten. So as we near the end of that barrel, I hope Behavior starts being open to less known stuff, and respect the genre, in all its forms, regardless of popularity, and expand this Hall of Fame of Horror as much as possible. Instead of going further into random shit like Tom Clancy, Tony Hawk, and John Wick that ruins DBD's identity. : (

Like Fortnote. Yeah, that'd be cool. Even if it's something lazy, like licensed variations of established items, that just alter the effects slightly, would be appreciated. Something super lazy like "Alan's Flashlight" as a temporary item, that just replaces all the purple flashlights, and does the same thing, but has a different graphic+name, and runs out 10% sooner, but can be recharged once up to 20%. ANYTHING. I'd have fun just trying to collect Alan's Flashlights for my survivor inventories before the event ends. GIVES US MORE TO DO, BEHAVIOR.

The Lucky Charm:
Power: put hats down to teleport to throughout map. Gets seven hats. Has a secondary attack where he dashes via rollerskates to attack survs with his leprechaun pipe lol.
A pot of gold spawns in map where survivors have to steal to hinder his power. Dividing it away to other survs and separating his gold hoard significantly hinders his teleport ability.
If he finds the pot of gold before survs, or downs the survs who have his gold, all gens within a 32 meter range pop and immediately regress 20% and will continue to regress at 175%.
It probably wont happen, but hey, we got chucky. Plus, Leprechaun got some funny ass shit he says and he rhymes as hes talking shit to the people he kills. It would be so funny. Kinda like chucky, but more poetically lol. It would be a funny chapter. Jennifer aniston could be the surv for the chapter, but idk, itll prolly be expensive. Shit, id buy it if it came out. I actually came back to dbd (quit in 2019) cause of chucky.

Rapture map, Big Daddy killer, Elizabeth survivor would cover the whole trilogy, and make for a great chapter.
Room for some Legendary survivors as well (Jack, Booker, etc). Some of those splicers with abilities could make for some neat Legenary killers. Houdini Splicer as The Spirit, Thuggish Splicer as Legion, maybe cocktale-throwing Splicer as Clown (if bottles can be changed to cocktales).

It could happen very low but still has a chance. In his game the creator and the creator of the game had fallen off in their agreement so no Friday 13th game is no more which leaves the door open to the idea because before it was 100% no do to the agreement. Now that he has no game and he’s slowly not getting attention it will try to get Jason back in the spotlight maybe more movies perhaps tv show or probably a crossover but can’t say it’s a yes just it has a chance

I think something worth noting about the FNaF license is that Blumhouse Productions worked on the movie. If a Blumhouse license is a possible wild card, although the IP itself is obviously owned by Scott Cawthon, I feel like there's some kind of opportunity there or at least an easy way into the license for Behavior. I'll keep coping about this license until I'm on my deathbed though, lol

A few ideas
Jason, Slenderman, predator, killer Klowns from outta space and pennywise if they can one day get the licence.
But originals like a scarecrow, werewolf, vampire characters or even sime urban legends as characters wouldcbe so cool to see in the future.
I think we'll get the Until Dawn/ Until Dawn Franchise Killer pretty soon. Probably along with the release of the Casting of Frank Stone I'd guess.
I don't know if it would suit the game, but I would really love to see Davy Jones from potc as a killer.
ngl I would be excited for collab with doctor who where the killer would silance or lone cyber man(from "Hauting of villa Diaoti") and the survivor being some Nuwho companion (maybe Martha Jones), not doctor because in universe he would overthrow the entity sooner or later (rather sooner) XD
