I'm always dreaming of beach life Trevor and Michele. When does Red Tide usually hit the area of Venice and for how long? I know it can vary, but how many months have you seen it last?
I was a beach dreamer too. Took me a long time to finally get here. Red tide is hot or miss. We’ve had summers where we didn’t have it and this pass winter we even had a little because of the hurricane. It’s most times during the summers but totally hit or miss. We try to get out there as much as we can just in case!!!! Are you planning on a visit or thinking about moving to the area?
@@trevorandmichele, I've been wanting to visit and possibly move to the area since 2018/2019. I even spoke with Michele over the phone quite sometime ago. I just don't think I can afford to move now, after prices skyrocketed during the pandemic.
Maybe the local Chamber of Commerce and the Sarasota Tourist Board ought to contract work out to you. ~Juli
