The event featured two talented, highly praised Montreal chefs who presented a delicious meal for the evening:
Colin Perry of Dinette Triple Crown, and John Winter Russell, formerly of Restaurant Van Horn and the man behind the collaborative pop-up events with chefs Jonathan Lapierre-Réhayem, LaLoux, and Denis Vukmirovic and Étienne Huot, La Récolte Espace Locale.
