I have watched many clips of screaming females and respect. Love the band. Marissa is so talented and the band members support her in an excellent way.
I'm absolutely infatuated with these guys right now. Just discovered them on Rig Rundown on PG. I toured in the early part of the 90's and they remind me so much of those I was hearing in dive bars across the country during that period. Not in a bad way. In a very good, fresh new way. Fantastic stuff.
Like Angus Young says its harder for a band to all play the right note at the same time than to play a lot of random notes. The rythym section enables their songs to exist with Marissa's incredible talent of song writing.
Hey man. Understood that you're just showing respect to Marissa. But don't count out new guitar players who want to emulate their heroes ... that's how basically every band ever got started :-).
They remind me a lot of Dinosaur Jr., but just a little more listenable! I also hear a little Sir Lord Baltimore in them. I believe this band is about to break BIG! Keep watching, hoping they head towards the Atlanta area... I love how Marissa put her name on her guitar...everything about this young lady speaks of coolness...quality and talent...she knows what she is doing.
It took live performances to sell me on the Rose Mountain album. I guess I just wanted it to be Ugly 2 and it wasn't so I didn't get into it. But live performances like this really opened my eyes to what a strong album it is.
Prowternaster is overwrought sort of like watching Jim Carey overact. Good guitar player solid ensemble. Good lawd hope taxpayers don’t have to pay for an iteration of Taylor swifts writing primer.
Marissa's is a guitar goddess, but the boys in the rhythm section are freaking killer, too. Great, great band.

Edward Snowden is kicking ass on drums.
Great bass line
She is as raw as janis joplin WITH A GUITAR ! Amazing !!
It's like Janis had sex with Jimi and she popped out.
Grace Slick and Zappa for real🤯🐿️
The bass tone KIng Mike is getting here is unreal
nothing else sounds like vintage Acoustic Control Corp amps, that Ric helps too.

All the Screaming Females are wonderful super tight,a United force of pure power and beauty.
Mad love for this band.
What an awesome band. What an awesome room.
These guitar sounds are stunning.
Wish they would come back to Houston, they are an experience live.
its actually harder then you think to find a rhythm section to be able to dynamics like these

No doubt. Mike and Jarrett are amazing.
Way harder
get deep in the groove.they know sabbath and/or purple. And/or a bunch in between.
You all want Marissa's Pedalboard? But can you do what she does with it? I think not. Love your music Marissa.

She was influenced by the sixties. Feel like someone put me in a time machine.
didn't know the Smashing Pumpkins was a 60s band
@@99bajakid ...Wrong. No bald guy's in this one.
This kind of sounds like if Rush was cut with the dirty stuff!
I also want that damn Rickenbacker for my collection!!!! Awesome!
Right on
anybody have any idea what pedals Marissa use? I am not much of a guitarist, so I can't really make out what products they are. Thanks in advance^^
I hope they open for Smashing Pumpkins on the upcoming tour. 🤘🏼🤘🏼

This one is right up there with Freebird and Stairway to Heaven.

I want Marissa S. Pedalboard.
I want Marissa's Pedalboard...
Three excellent musicians, but in this one the bass player gets my attention.
Prowternaster is overwrought sort of like watching Jim Carey overact. Good guitar player solid ensemble. Good lawd hope taxpayers don’t have to pay for an iteration of Taylor swifts writing primer.
Shrek
Don't care ... fucking great great music.
Pity such a damn good guitar player wastes her writing talents with dichotomy and dialectics.
I want Marissa's Pedalboard.
