Well, that’s weird what had happened with you.
My experience was fantastic. From delivery to installation, it was quite good experience. Installation was done within 3 hours after delivery. Guy who came for installation was very polite. Even they didn’t charge anything for wall mount and it was free from the service centre.
I think It’s not brand fault. It’s all about service centre in your city. If you complain sony, they would definitely take an action against them. You can search lots of videos on youtube about Apple’s bad service experience that doesn’t mean brand is not good. It’s all about individual perception.
Maybe it is the festival season that's why they take time for installation but about the lagging issue and bugs i am not happy with sony maybe i want fast and quick software without any lag and delay.
I have already checked multiple stores and TV but what i experienced ? sony TV has an issue of UI no doubt i am happy with picture quality but about the service they take 3 to 4 days in new Delhi which is not good for reputed brand
It is your personal choice about the software but i like the fast system not even delaying in any app for a half of a second so i like speed and quick software like tizen os or web os it is my first and last experience with sony and their Google TV I think sony needs to improve otherwise it will wipe as Xperia as wiped

I’m not sure what kind of experience from software you’re looking for. I didn’t face any lag in the software. Searching content and switching between apps are seamless. Individual opinions are vary from person to person. I would say, sony is far ahead of Chinese brands as well as LG and Samsung. They use same X1 processor which comes in their high end OLED TVs.

Bhai read tnc provided by Sony. It clearly mentions a 3yr comprehensive warranty.
Before making such videos, have complete knowledge about the product. Also for extended warranty it completely includes replacement.
What they said 3 year warranty comprehensive warranty and i said you get only one year warranty on remote and Power adapter ab kuch time bad company bolegi motherboard par warranty nhi thi display ki 3 year warranty thi 🙂

27:07 Dear lagging and hanging happens in all Android/google tv.
If you will buy LG and samsung tbey will not have too much lagging because they have their own OS.
It happens due to google Android.
You have to clear cache time to time.
And regarding logo. When you switch off tv directly via swith and again switch on you will get Sony logo at starting but later you will not get this. This is collaboration between sony and google so google logo comes after that.
Hanging is not an issue it happens in all tv.
Yes prime video not as smooth as it works in firetv stick.
Another solution you can but firetv 4k max stick where you can better smoothness as compare to internal Google. I am using sony TV from last 30 years. This is my 4th TV. I own X90k. It has been running smoothly without any issue. Yes somw time i get some jitter but it happens in all tv

It has better speck also it can help you to identify the issue in the picture frame or motherboard. If fire tv works smoothly then there is no issue in the picture frame if you get issue then there will be an issue in the motherboard.
