* My work is on nematodes parasite of insect (Usually 1-2mm) . I Store my nematodes in 95% absolutely alcohol (molecule grade). We first spin the sample for 1 min. at 8000 rpm and after that, discard the alcohol completely. Thats what you do to prepare the sample first, to break the tissue.
