They abuse steroid more than Phil heath or kai Greene and I'm pretty sure about that
devesh sharma none of these guys are on roids, with their documented growth as shown by Brian Shaw he gains 4lbs of weight a year not exclusively being muscle. There is no case where these guys are taking roids and staying at that level of fat. If they did they would shred a lot naturally as the lowering of extrogen would provide them the capability to metabolise it. They are 100% natural and have got several decades worth of training spent to achieve their level of strength. The only example I can show u is the comparison of Hafthor and Larry wheels, where Larry is a documented steroid user and he can lift close to hafthor but with no where near the amount of training he has done. If these strongmen did actually do roids then they wouldn’t be able to compete at events such as the Arnold or even Hafthor competing in the IPF as he said he would

Sure they’re huge and genetically gifted, but they have about 1000% more “try” than the rest of us. If I worked as hard at something as these guys do at being strong men, I’d be the best in my field as well. I don’t mean to say I’m good at anything. What i mean is these are 3 of the hardest working men on the planet.

Ferrigno made final 4 in WSM due to massive Deadlift and bar bending. He lost to the other three in the final as it was a tug of war. Lous hearing problem left him with worse balance than the others.

Brian Shaw is stronger than both of them. Without injury he’s an absolute monster. He’s won it so many times
@@jedooo9891 Brian and Eddie both tied in several events and Eddie and Brian still share a record together so they are very close in strength. The catch? Eddie did all this with a broken hand. The event they tied in? Deadlift. Try deadlifting 1000+lb with a broken hand
@@joshuaburgos3450 Brian has deadlifted with a torn bicep as well. Overall Brian is the stronger guy. He had Eddie beat even in the carries. He used to pull off a better time crossing the line. Deadlift isn't the only thing done in WSM. Brian in his prime was clearly better than Eddie in majority of the lifts and carries. Even when Eddie won Brian had him beat in the carries

As a strongman they need a lot of calories and fat for power.
They use both muscle and fat as their leverage to lift a crazy weight.
But as i know, Eddie Hall has transform himself as a lean bodybuilder.
like an engine, the more harder it works the engine need more oil and gasoline. look at mariuz and big Z they never make the body fat till 10%
They would weaken. The famous Polish strongman who became a fighter had 8% bf. These guys are about 16-18%

I cant believe how so many otherwise normal people can talk so much crap when viewing videos on you tube. One gifted individual asks how far these strongman could run, you may as well ask how much can Mo Farah bench. The s word rears its ugly head too, I guarantee if you take regular doses of steroids or hgh you will look exactly the same, guaranteed. The only sensible person said that he admires them for the hard work they put in to get to the level of world class strongmen, exactly right, it takes years of hard work and all the jealousy and fear will not change the fact that these guys are the best and have earned respect.

When I first started lifting weights in my late 20s I learned from a group of guys that were power lifters. I didn't know that there is a difference between bodybuilders and power lifting. I was being very strong and before I knew it I was lifting more than everybody in the group. But an older guy that went to the gym told me that I should go for bodybuilding instead of just lifting heavy because it was better. And I'm glad I did that because I noticed that I got very popular with the girls instead of the power lifters because they look just like fat guys with muscles. I noticed the trimmer I got the more attention I got from the girls... Besides by lifting too heavy a person is putting the body thru a world of pain. Like these guys if they get to reach 50 they are going to have all kind of joints problems especially their knees, lower back and shoulders. I'm over 50 now and some days I wake up with pain in my lower back, shoulders and my left knee from doing heavy lifting for ten years!
