This video is really good for writing but in the stimulus based question test it was so different I I just had my quiz I know the terms the definition and all but still failed
This is not correct. There were three plans that were presented. The Virginia Plan which created a national not a Federal union. The second plan was from Charles Pinckney of South Carolina which kept the union a federation. The New Jersey Plan did not propose a unicameral legislature. It proposed a revision of the Articles of Confederation which was what they were there to allegedly do. Thus you had one plan that would revise the federation, one plan that proposed a new federation and one plan to create a national government instead of a confederation. Madison's plan was to reduce the states to mere incorporations. Madison's plan was defeated and the United States remained a confederation or federation. More binding power was given to the general government but because they were concerned with consolidated power they specifically enumerated those powers. The United is a Federal Republic. It is not a single country but a union of countries. Thus the main controversy was not between small states and large states but the nature of the union itself. Read the Philadelphia notes not a high school or college textbook which is controlled by tax free foundations. When you teach American History you should start with the Reece Committee which is a Congressional Investigation into the tax free foundations and how they wanted to change our history. Once you know this you will not trust the text book industry.
